Fieldsheer's material and stitch quality are far better than the DSG's and Cramsters of our world. Make sure the type of jacket you want - Mesh would be good only for summer (if that is what you want!) and people say Fieldsheer runs small by one size. The suggestion is - if you need M, buy the L size. Please get this verified again.

        • Just got my fieldsheer High Flow II.

What Hydbiker says is definitely true, it runs small by one size. If you have a paunch, up it by 2 sizes, you can always tighten the arms and waist with the provided straps\buttons.

Build quality is out of this world and looks great.

Just need to lose some weight :P

Check the link below for Fieldsheer's size chart. I normally wear a 44-46 shirt, and I got an XL, which is a little tight around the beer gut, and probably slightly short as well. Should have gone for a 2XL.

I posted a link to a fieldsheer size chart a few posts ago. Also, newenough.com has some sizing details on their products. Finally, went through user reviews on how the jacket fits them and their recommendations for future buyers.

                            • help me choose a saddle bag!!!

Hi Guys!! i need your help in choosing saddle bags for my p220. i have two options cramster which retails for 2100 INR and getoffurass which retails for 3200 INR. i want to go for getoffyourass coz of the following reasons:

                              1) larger capacity 50L and expanded 70L, whereas cramster is 37L.

                              2) bags are detachable and have shoulder slings which means that if need arise i can use it as an emergency travel bag as well. cramsters are not detachable.

                              3) the design of getoff bags feels like they are more suitable for bikes with upswept exhausts then the cramsters.

                              4) getoff bags comes with waterproof covers whereas cramsters are without waterproof covers.

now following are the things i need to confirm before i can place an order for the same

                              a) how is the quality of the bag compared to cramster? Do they use durable material? if it has the same quality as cramster then i ll buy it.

                              b) can this getoff bag be used along with a pillion rider ? as far as i know cramster can be used with a pillion.

this is the link for getoffurass bag www.OutdoorTravelGear.com - Motor Biking, Camping, Hiking, Urban Cycling, Climbing, Water Sports, Lifestyle

those who have used the bag kindly put your reviews so that it may help others as well.
hope you will help ,me out.
                              regards

Tex-Mesh or a free Airflow mesh jacket is good all season jacket for indian climate... Leathers might cook you inside during summer... just make sure it has a waterproof liner for Rainy days..
