      • Help needed

        Hey guyz
i have finally decided to go for a jacket for me.
I have decided to go in for A* verona air jacket.

        Only one problem.
I went to DSG pune they have it in medium size.
It seems like slightly big for me but not its not too big thats its unusable.

I think i need to see SMALL size of the jacket just to help me in deciding the size that i need.

DSG will get the jacket only if i order and then i have to buy it even if it doesnt fit me.

        I need help regarding this.
If anyone in PUNE has the A* verona air jacket in SMALL size.
I would like to see the size and check if it fits me.
You can reply to this post or call me on my cell.
        Mob-9822256122

Pls hurry cause i need to decide soon.

        • ^ Umm.. Dude, Let me ask you somehting, Nothing Personal, but a S size jacket!!

You'll have a hard time finding a A* jacket in mumbai, leave alone the verona air. If you are planning to buy it, order them. I'm sure you are not Xtra Small size. If you still think they are not going to fit, let DSG know that you'll take it only if it fits. I'm sure it costs more than tenthousand quid, which means a Businessman would love to pamper you. I dont get the point of "Order it and take it, No returns" attitude. Heck you can order online Instead.

          Whats your shirt size man!!!

Well unfortunately i am kinda small in size.
Im 18 and about 5'7" and weigh abt 60kgs.
and shirt size is 36-38 varies with brand.
DSG pune has a M size and costs about 7.5K it fits me ok but is a bit loose so i just want to maybe try SMALL size and then decide which one to go for.
Will try talking to them about the size thing but im not keeping my hopes up.

Maybe someone has any other model of A* in size S that i can try on.

Please brothers need some help here.

Getting the right fit is very important. You size will suit the "S" size (I wear size "S" too).

Guys try www.ridersdiscount.com, they seem to have a good collection and charge only usd 25 for shipping irrespective of the size of consignment. I have purchased then in the past and they are very prompt.

And for those buying the fake/copy knee guards, please be careful as the plastic used in them may be of inferior quality and result in more damage.

BTW - does anyone here know the rules around custom's. Are we permitted to buy up to 10k without duties.

                  Thats the problem.
im unable to make up my mind by just looking at the MEDIUM size.
If can get to compare the fitting of SMALL then i can decide.

Nice. Thanks for sharing. I need to buy a pair of boots and its most definitely going to be A*.

I shall post details here when the plan becomes more concrete so others can order with me to save on shipping costs.

Just had a nightmare today where i was taking triple (dunno how, i never take triple seat), and doing 80+ and i hit a completely dirt covered patch of downward inclined road, and i fishtail and have a accident.
I remember my head hitting the road divider. dunno how i lived, i wasn't wearing my helmet in that nightmare.(must have hit my bed's edge )
bike got trashed, some panels have been ripped out.

Now i have a question, when we wear our helmets, at the back side some amount of our neck is exposed, now i know there are neck supporters available (like those they use in f1 races) But is there something(neck supporter?) that is specially designed keeping tourers in mind?

Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.

sorry to have given you some tension.

it was really a bad dream.

PS: riding triple is calling for trouble 3x78 = 234kgs, poor bike will have a breakdown.

                                Sorry again sagar.
