bangalore dsg dealer does not have primal and aqua in stock,... finally i send someone to buy gloves for me and they dont have stock
i guess im gonna settle for revive this time....

Are you talking abt Orion Motors??? they are always like this only....I went almost 4-5 times for nero jacket, and every time they maintained same statement...courier is on its way...and it will reach tomorrow!!!! ...finally DSG advised me on alt dealer who had the stock..Balaji helmets...you can send mail to DSG and they can let you know if they have supplied gloves to any local Bangalore dealer...

Since you are already in Pune...you can go to DSG store and check all the gloves and sizes and then only make your purchase....my vote for exactly 2k budget and for daily riding goes to dsg revive...

dude! i was talking about the nero jacket which balaji had stocked....they had moto mesh gloves but not revive....you can check with dsg if they have sent the revive stock to any other dealers in bangalore...

Guys,any suggestions on which riding jacket to buy.My budget is 8k and I would like to buy a mesh/waterproof jacket.Any Alpinestars/Joe-rocket in this price bracket?

Thank you for replying promptly to my query.But to be honest I didn't like the camo look of the Octane and neither the 'all military like feel' of these jackets.In case,I go for the RJays it's going to be the Swift for sure.I like the look of the jacket and the reviews by various people suggest that it's better than the DSG Nero.I can happily put the rest of the money on knee guards et al.But all,I want to know is that are there any good Alpinestars/JR jackets in the market? I mean,at this price...Sorry,that I didn't mention it in my earlier post.My bad!

Well I have no idea about alpinestar jackets but I remember one of my friends have a JR jacket, ask him for the price. Well the Octane comes in full black too if you don't like the camo one.

this purely personal opinion. DSG Nero is far better than Rjays Swift. I saw both the product, tried it and then i went for DSG Nero.
Even another xbhpian "Tachyon" also felt the same thing and he went in for DSG Nero.

Again, its personal opinion only. I felt the protectors were more better in DSG. Swift had a very flimsy ones. But i did look at the Octane, they were very good. Personally fitting was a problem in Swift and it was the same case with one other xbhpian, fitting was a problem.
