Fieldsheer High Temp Mesh Jacket - Read Reviews and Buy at KneeDraggers.com

And i immediately went for a test ride! has amazing air flow, in current delhi weather was actually feeling cold. The liner looks like a nice jacket in itself, and is friggin warm!

Cost me total $265 including shipping, thats close to 90$ paid in shipping!! No customs, just came delivered to my doorstep! Ordered on 3rd, came in today.

Few pointers - ordered a large size. It fits PERFECT with the liner, but without, some adjustment need to be made to the size and the shoulder armour to fit snug. And it kinda balloons up in the mid riff making my smallish paunch look monstrous!

    BUT!

It's light, comfortable, looks SEXY, and has great protectors. IMO, money well spent :-)

Oh i got mine in black!

    Current riding gear setup -

    1. Draggin jeans urban camo
    2. Cramster full carbon knuckle gloves(which my bro bought)
    3. Fieldsheer high temp mesh jacket.

    Gear to be bought -

    1. Progrip full wrist carbon knuckle (the cramsters don't fit quite so well)
    2. Vemar helmet(my AGV is a little suffocating, and fell from a height a few times)
    3. Sidi Streetburner Boots - Read Reviews and Buy at KneeDraggers.com <-- These look super hot, are well protected, and great for street use. Friggin expensive though!
    4. Alpinestars bionic knee protectors.

Felt awesome to be riding in "almost" full riding gear today. I can't imagine how I was riding all this time without them. Felt protected, safe, and more confident!

Thank you xbhp for opening my mind and making my riding experience safe :-)

Did you buy it from the same website or some other?

Same website. Checked a bunch of other sites, shipping wise and costing, this was the cheapest!

Oh, and the price on the site is the "retail" price. To see the actual price you've to add it to cart.

The jacket cost 170$, and shipping 94$!

It cost me 12.5k total. Thats quite a lot!!!!! But IMO, money well spent, considering the quality of the product, and availability factor.

Just came back from another ride. It does get a LITTLE hot when on standstill, but as soon as you start moving, it's all good.

In summers, it's gonna be a nightmare anyway - jacket or no jacket. But thankfully I don't do much of commuting (my studio is in the ground floor of my house!!!) so it's all good!

              • Anyone one using the Alpinestars T-Dyno jacket? It looks TOTALLY AWESOME and I hope it's a good buy. It costs 12.5k from DSG, online it's 8300 ($170) + shipping + customs. How is the comfort when riding and the protection offered? Firsthand experience would be great...

                • Hello Guys,
I need a pair of Riding Gloves within 4k budget.
I have decided to buy Alpinestars Raven Gloves from DSG. Have I made the right decision?
Alpinestars Octane S also seems to be good but then I will have to order it from USA.

i checked out these progrip, full wrist gloves at KRP, new delhi. They were for around 3.5k, and had an awesome fit, and good protection. Check em out!

edit: Don't know if they'll deliver to Aurangabad, and I guess pune is nearer for you.

                    • Did you guys try ebay for your gear ? I have bought some gear, tires from ebay and had good experience. sometimes you get smoking deals by bidding. Make sure to ask seller about shipping cost BEFORE you bid. As summer season is coming to an end in US....price of gear will go down....so it's good time to buy.

Does KPR have a website so that I can view them. For me Pune is Nearer so buying from DSG is easier for me.

I don't trust dealers on ebay. I have never dealt with them but many guys on other forum had lost their money on ebay as the goods was not delivered.

Safest way to use ebay is paying with paypal. so if gear is not delivered you can file a claim and your full money will be refunded.

Also check seller ratings. I bought some music gear from ebay, got it delivered to a friend in US who got it down when he was coming. Check seller ratings, and use paypal.

@Samy - whats the claim procedure?

Never had to file a claim...Always had good exp with ebay sellers. But I heard it's pretty simple and they act fast. Paypal is owned by ebay..so they try their best to keep the ebay customer happy....even single unhappy customer can scare off a lot many potential customers.
