^^ A 4850 will run you ~7K for the 512 and ~8K for the 1 gig version.
A 32 inch plasma should have 1920x1080 resolution, right? You could put in more bucks for this resolution...
For 5-6K you could get the 9800GT or GT240 from NV while on the ATI side I see only the 4770 being in the price bracket, until perhaps the 5670 arrives here. Just check your choice of output port on the card before buying.200 | 300 | 1200 BOXER

Hey guys,
I went in for an upgrade this weekend. List of parts:
1. Upgraded from a Viewsonic 17-inch to a DELL s2409W 24-inch widescreen
2. Upgraded from a 2.1 to a 5.1 channel Creative music system
3. Added another 4850 and made a crossfire setup
Currently gaming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 at 1920*1080 with 8x AA and all settings set to high. Now THATS awesome!!!
Democracy is when 2 wolves and a sheep meet to decide who is for dinner. Liberty is when the sheep has a gun.

I have.... Its good no doubt. Graphics and the stunts are just amazing. But it takes a while to get used to the key combos for making the Prince do some serious stunts. If u master it, its awesome!Originally posted by inder.cool View PostHas any one played the "Prince of Persia" series on pc/laptop..? For everyone who loves POP series can also try Assassins' Creed. It shares the same engine as POP 2008 and has an amazing gameply, moreover this is good the time for PC users as Assassins' Creed 2 will release on PC in March - April. Also, a new game in Sands of Time series - POP The Forgotten Sands is expected in summer.

What about the PSU? How much wattage is your computer using now? And how much effective VRAM are you utilising? Having two 4850's doesn't necessarily double the graphic output, does it?Originally posted by Aparajith View PostHey guys,

I'm too intelligent to the unintended, and too dumb for the obvious.

@Apar: I am sure that huge 24" screen would be thing of marvel. What GPU are you using. I ask because gaming at those high-resolution surely requires some horsepower!
A CRC error in an original game DVD! This is really unheard of; did you try and get it changed or do something about it?Originally posted by anants_220 View PostAC was the only original dvd i purchased. And guess what there was a CRC error
