I installed NFS Undercover, played the first race, immediately uninstalled and re-installed Most Wanted.
Reason - I didn't like the graphics and overall presentation. The game is a step backward from MW in graphics department (i cannot commnet on gameplay), but what really freaked me out is that it runs damn slow. Most Wanted which looks a tad better gives a solid 60 FPS on my 8800GT, this one hovers around 18-20 mark when there are 4 or 5 cars on the screen (both FPS at all settings maxed out)

i would advise you for the 1120 model..the top most having the 9600GT card in it.if that is too steep priced then go for the other one.but now i will prefer the P series instead of the T series.

hey addy.. i have the dv5T with me for quite a few months now. i say if u have a budget of 50-60, go in with the dv5 series. They r packed with features. Also, all models of HP with the price tag of 45k upward come loaded with features. These days HP is also givin some year end goodies. go for it mann..

The game is similar to CoD4. two characters; pvt. Miller of US and Dimitri of Russia.

Miller is fighting in Japanese territory and you can feel that japanese are real tough fighters. I selected "your skills would be strained" level which is 2 and I found it difficult at places to fight. The japanese usually ambush the company from the bushes; wait till you go very near to them and then stab you from side or from behind. Me went nuts few times coz you are going forward and suddenly you are on the ground and the bonzai fighter is stabbing you in the heart. Some times they hide in the palm trees and snipe you from there. The terrain reminds me of crysis; with lot of grass and palm trees and bushes (and bonzai fighters in them ) but unlike crysis, I played the game maxed out at 1440x900 at full AA with all settings maxed out and I never felt a jitter.

The other part of the world start with the same starting as "Enemy at the gates" where Dimitri cheats death from germans at a fountain and he meets his sgt. the game starts with sniping few guys and then running through the building rubble and killing a enemy sniper and then an enemy general. Russian part feels a little easy as we are familiar with the fighting style of germans. Then Dimitry and his sgt. cheat death few times before butchering germans and conquring their parliament house.

Story is awesome and graphics are much better. apart from the regular smoke effects of guns and fire, effect of burning enemy with the flamethrower is awesome. you get to fight with tanks just like crysis. then get to use the mounted guns on planes to shoot other planes and ships.

The most notable features in graphics are the blood effects and things like flying limbs when you shoot at enemy's limbs using powerful weapons like sniper rifles of powerful machine guns. you can see blood spilling on the walls when you shoot.

if you evade the bonzai fighter's attack then miller stabs him in the neck and kills him. on the other hand at later stages of game the granades would be everywhere and before you get a clue one explodes next to you and your eyes go blank and all you hear is a shrill noise and then you die.

Music is heavy metal at while you are engaged in intense battle and it feels soo adrenaline pumping. btw, dont miss the credits the OST is outstanding.
