Just now quited from the game. Here are the things I did till now. First I came out of the house then searched for a good car and got inside a SUV(BMW X5) and then headed to the nearest strip club. Saw a lap dance and the came out after some time. Then I got into the car and started roaming around and then I saw a Bike(A Cruiser) took it and started I riding it. Did some wheelies, stoppies, burnouts etc. then while performing a wheelie the bike fell over Niko(the last thing I remember) and when Niko woke up he was standing out of the hospital. Got in an SUV(Caddilac Escalade) drove it for sometime and then crashed into a wall and guess what. Niko came out of the windscreen and fell on the other side of the wall. Came back got in my car started roaming and then I saw a beast with huge wheels(Hummer). I tried to stop it but failed many time and finally it came to halt and I got in it. After that I saw a Range Rover(Black colour with red stripes. Looked hot) parked in front of a house. I tried to get in it and was disappointed because the car was locked but next moment I saw that Niko was breaking the window and opening the lock(This guy is skilled). Got into the Range Rover and WOW this car had lot of torque and power. It was fun to drive. Stopped playing after this.
In this game the cars are really cool. Low profile tires, huge alloys some are with vinyls and all that stuff. But I didnt find any good car in the game. I was only able to see SUV's everywhere. Damages on the car are not that realistic but when you crash Niko falls on the steering wheel and if you were at high speed then he comes out from the windscreen.
P.S.-The names of the cars mentioned are from the Real World. Names are different in the Game.

! I currently have ALL my weapons at maximum condition - put 100% in my repair skill, and scrounged around for alot of weapons. In fact i've started a nice caps racket now - find a bunch of laser rifles, and repair them till their value shoots up, and then sell them. They're REALLY shitty weapons but somehow very expensive. Current Unique items got - Eugene(unique minigun - 108 dmg), Vengeance(unique gatling laser - 200 DMG), T-51B power armour(the best armour in the game), bunch of tesla armours, and lots of misc power armour to repair my super power armour! The only "cheat" type mods i've used is the one with the power armour weight advantage, and the t-51b repair one. Fallout 3 owns! Weapon of choice - plasma rifle, 50 DMG(fully repaired) - headshots galore. I kill deathclaws with two headshots, obviously when I'm sneaked 
The game is running almost smooth, with certain sluggishness at times. I hope Rockstar comes out with a patch that takes care of all these issues which mar an otherwise SUPERB title.
