The RD is like a Milkha Singh.

It was great in its day, but now it is too old.

    Get a Ninja 250.

Might think of keeping the RD or getting the Thump...
In my views keep the RD its more worth than the thump also the new ones are no more thumping they are not as good as old ci ones if have idea of a bull go for a ci one

The choice is final... Either RE C5 or Ninja... I understand the craze what RD has, But I wanna live with the technology...

So Now either C5 or Ninja 250.

Preserve that RD350 with you and take care of it. Its legend and will always stay a legend. Even Rossi loved this bike.

Buy the ninja 250 as it will serve your purpose of speed, cruise and style.

As one of the Xbhpians said before Bullet will turn your head but ninja will turn other heads !

If thats the case go for the c5 ninja is 33ps power compared to 27ps of c5, torque c5 is way beyond ninja @40nm where as ninja only 22nm, massive torque, price tag much cheaper than ninja so c5 is the choice, also good mileage by c5(see previous post) so totally VFM c5 go thumping.

I guess C5 would be the best option...

Ninja average is between 22-25 kmpl.

                          Hi

I Guess you have a LT...
Non of the two bikes will give you the rush of the RD...but the ninja is a natural progression...overall its a better bike...it rides, handles and brakes well too...but the two stroke RD engine its too good.

BTW my RD does 8-10kmph... hard city riding.

Nop. I was refering to my RD in India.
There however are fed RD's in Auckland, I have seen few RD400 and a couple 350LC.

Have you even considered that the C5 has a long waiting period running into months? Don't believe me check with any RE dealer. The ninja on the other hand will give you a lot for its price ,but the fact remains that barring a few technological advances in terms of outright power you will not stand to gain much

@ALL- I understand that a ninja is a way more reliable, easy to maintain bike which offers exceptional braking but it doesn't really perform all that better and you just can't make a 4 stroker behave like a 2 stroker.

I'd say if at all if have to buy a ninja don't sell ur rd, take the ninja on EMIs. Trust me you'll hate yourself for disposing off your RD once you get over the initial excitement of owning a ninja.
