    The most funny thing is, when I was taking the second bike for test ride, I asked him if at least this had fuel for test ride. He said he checked and the bike will not stall again on the road, and then it dried up just after 100 meters from showroom.
    You should understand nowadays petrol is quite costly

      I have a 23yr old Hero honda CD100..
      It does reaches 70 easily and frm there to 85 - 90 takes time (on the speedo).. with vibrations from the leg rest.. but nothing that will throw me frm the bike
      If ur 3 month old Shine dosent cross 60..
      may be it needs better servicing.

        i have that one on mine.. but my bike is not in the best of condidtion.. it strugles to cross 65.. but returns a milage of about 85-90 kmpl on highways..

        thats my secondry mode of transport these days..

        @ravi, dude next time, you wil have to take a bottle fo petrol to test ride the bike and then drain the remaining petrol after your test ride is over

          Guys, sorry for all the confusion I created. The issue is I hardly find empty roads in Hyderabad. In the range I tested, My bike reached 70 recently, with vibrations. I have not tried after that. Also it was serviced for the second time recently.

          Now coming to my new bike, I need Tubeless tires, digital meter, kicker rod for sure with decent mileage. Right now, I am looking at Apache RTR 160 Hyper edge. Please suggest me the ones that I can go for.with the above requirements...

            Hi, I am little bit confused over the fact that why you want to change the bike so early?? If i remember properly then I/we had suggested you not to go for shine if you are driving want to drive at high speeds in your previous what bike thread. Still you liked it & went for it. Then why you want to change the bike when you are satisfied of it?? If you will sell your bike then you will be having a loss of nearly 10k (as mentioned by you). You will have a that amount of loss for just a few months of ownership. So think again before selling the bike. Still if you are hellbent on buying a new bike then try the GS150R or P135 or ss125.

            If you want to test the speed of the bike then you can take it to the hyderabad-bangalore highway. You can easily measure the top speed of your bike there without any problems.

                Ok now i have understood the situation. Then i would suggest you to go for either dazzler or GS150R. They satisfy all your needs & are fun to ride. Otherwise the fz.

                    Hyperedge doesn't have anything hyper in it.. it's just same RTR160..with some stickering and may be BS4 compliant engine.. you can go for it.. if you like it... and consider Dazzler/GS150R/FZ/P135..

                      Woa.. 85....I get 65... May be the previous owner of ur bike was riding the economy way during the RUN- In period. May be thats the reason you find it difficult to cross 65, when I can cross 85 and reach 90 on the speedo. (cross checked with Pulsar 150cc Bike's speedo reading. So it was slightly less than 90 in Pulsar).

                      MADE in JAPAN.. sticker..
                      I never saw that.. But I did change the side covers, the fuel tank 3yrs back. Yea.. I also repaint the chassis every year , Dont want it to rust.

                      Well this bike is my DADs..!!

                      @Satya.. Thanks man.
