@All - Ah, at last clouds are getting cleared.

I called 2 to 3 Hero Honda show rooms here to get clear idea about the ZMA/ZMR and they have one straight answer - " Bike will take at least 3 months to deliver, and that is also not sure !!! " and before I can ask anything else , 1 sales person kept phone on my face . They don't have a bike to test drive also . I was so much frustrated that I thought never to call them again. I already had a bad experience with HH guys when I went with my friend to get his HUNK serviced. I have a feeling that HH guys are just to relaxed with the High Sales, may be !!! but they just lost one new customer, ME !!!

So I called RAJ Yamaha, Thuraipakkam and to my surprise , Sales guy was very friendly naming Karthick. He asked me to bring my old bike (to see the rate for which it can be exchanged) at 3 pm. I went little early , at 2.30 PM and he showed me Black and Red R15. I took a test drive and fell in love . Then there was talk about the loan, exchange price and delivery days. I was amazed to find that for RED and Black , they promised me 1 day - Cash , and 4 Days - Loan. I wanted to see Blue and Yellow (Blue was my first choice) but it was not available. They told it will be here in 2 days and they will call me when it arrives.

And I did what I was expecting myself to do. I paid small token amount and BOOKED the bike. Sales guy told that I can come in 2 days and select the color.

I am expecting things getting finalized and getting a delivery by next week. I may be postponing the delivery till DIWALI and will take on 4th Nov .

Expecting to Join the R15 group soon.

Thanks for your help and opinion,
ZMA, I will MISS YOU !!!

+100 They are too lazy to respond...forget phone ,even if you visit their showroom they show no amount of eagerness to handle customers ...since they are busy in clearing Splendors & Passion bikes from their Showroom..

@satyam, you are absolutely right.. they are so busy selling splendors that they completely disregard other bikes..

2 years ago, when i asked about the zma, the showroom people talked like:- "saar, karizma is a fail bike. naat selling. take the splendor. very powerfull and stylish. karizma is plastic bike. splendor is metal." . after hearing this, i asked him to shut up and walked out of the showroom. . these people think that only splendor or passion or cd 100 sells. everything else is just fail...

I told earlier about the bad experience with the HH when i went to give HUNK for servicing with my friend. It was a very normal issue with rear brake which was going bad every time and it was not getting fixed at all. it was 3rd time we gave the bike and still same when we collected next morning.

My friend : Hello Sir, this issue still the same, no progress, what you did ? nothing !!! (he is good with English but was trying to cascade this to a service guy who don't know English and my friend don't know Tamil. )
Service Guy : normal issue with HUNK, no fix .

My friend (Almost loosing his patience) : I bought this bike from you and now .. Blah blah blah (for 10 mins), mean while Service men was trying to find solution in his cell phone

Service guy : Sir, you give next time to another service center sir ... (and he walked out)
we tried asking the people for manager but no help. At last we took the bike and paid the money and walked away, feeling low and insulted .

Is there any place where we can complain about the customer service and bad experience .

HH makes very good bikes but its after sale service is getting poorer day by day since they had to tackle truckloads of bikes everyday..i recommend to find a good roadside mechanic and get your work done in less time and less money with perfection....

+1, its much better to get that done with a good local mechanic. things are looking better at my end. Things are moving fast and I'm expecting my bike to get delivered soon . I'm getting too excited with the feel itself.

                  Frustrated !!!

Guys, I have been waiting for my blue colour R15 (From Raj Yamaha) for past 15 Days (not including the 1 week wait time) and I'm so bloody frustrated . Sales guys promised me that I will get the blue in 1 week and now its hitting 3 weeks on meter and still no signs of any R15's in my colour. I won't mind waiting but why false promises (is the booking amount is far more important then the customer himself ?). I'm just thinking as what to do now as only think I can do is to wait for my foolishness (paying the booking amount ). Not sure how fruitful is it to wait even more . Got 3 options here -
                  1. Talk to sales manager and get the booking amount back, and get the bike from some other showroom (problem is this issue can come back there also).
                  2. Select another colour and get the delivery fast.
                  3. Just wait .

Please advise, I wanted bike soon so that I won't miss my tour (if anything coming soon).

How much did you get for Avenger 200?
I was planning to exchange my 2007 pulsar 200 last year but surprised at the exchange price they offered and still continuing with pulsar200.
                    Congrats on your buy.

                        My Dear FRIEND,
I will not disappoint you or discourage you but this is the way probably most DEALERs annoy good customers.
In fact the service and customer relationship of HH or YAMAHA or TVS or BAJAJ etc. depends on city to city.
At least here in Kolkata HH is slightly better than other people. At least we have more or less realized.
But that does not mean the BIKEs are great.

Choice should be based on individuals riding style. This differs greatly from person to person.

I was really fortunate to get my White ZMR delivered in a day and that too a 7 day old production Bike.
34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

From what ever I have just read, I should say that you are one of the most Luckiest guy known to me . I have called HH earlier and got a reply that ZMA/ZMR will take 3 months to deliver, I was devastated and booked R15. And now story is going almost same way, its already 20 days late and show rooms said it will take another 1 month (approx). rather I should have booked ZMR itself. Anyways, not to regret but thats the reality. I may be be planning to drop the plan to buy a bike and wait for Honda 250 entry to market and decide later. Lets see which side my head turns.
