am Using GS150R and in Bangalore their service is good, Product quality spares and all are going well

their service charges are also reasonable.

Before purchasing suzuki bike i used honda, yamaha, bajaj, herohonda, kinetic and TVS products

with my 20 years of driving knowledge i believe suzuki service and quality is on par with Yamaha and Honda.

Any way i agree the service of any vehicle depends up on the mindset of the dealer and service engineer.

Though I am not being quoted here...but would love to jump in...!

Its again a personal opinion and might not reflect the true fact...!!

What we see around and experience ourselves become our faith and benchmark of quality...

On the same leagues, I would rate Suzuki over Honda in 'India'...

      Basis:
Owned two Hondas and close affinity with many Suzukis...!

The quality possessed by my current Honda (Dio) is way below what I had pictured about Honda...!!!

My earlier Honda (Eterno) had some engine related issues as soon as she turned 8 months old...!

My cousin brothers Activa started rusting when it was only 2.5 months old..

Plastics of Hondas have always been one big cost cutting measure for them.
      2002 - Pulsar 150 Classic (Still owned)
      2005 - Pulsar 150 Dtsi (Still owned)
      2006 - Eterno (sold)
      2008 - Dio (Owned)
      2009 - Pulsar 220 DTSi

i quite agree with you that plastics are a cost cutting measure for them.. but dude its the engine department where the hondas are the gems... and as per my experience, i have noticed that its not what brand you buy, its how you use it...

by bike has been thrashed, crashed and abused regularly but still i am not having any problem other than the k&N thing and that was my mistake..

          Yups true....
It has a reason (lets not talk about it here...), but its a fact that they make good and refined egines....

When I first started scouting for a bike, the GS 150 was quite high on my list. I had read rather good reviews about it. I consulted a friend about the same, he agreed with the abilities of the bike, but asked whether I'd really want to own a Suzuki? I guess the Suzuki brand has developed a bit of stigma thanks to their rather pathetic offerings bar the GS150. Owning a Suzuki is not exactly the same as owning a Honda or a Bajaj. The GS150 is an excellent bike on it's own, but it's got an image problem. Sure it's me who is going to pay for the bike and not those who talk less about it, but still in the company of friends you don't want your bike to be ignored. So much for vanity...

But still it's there on my list. After the Dazzler of course. But I am really skeptical about the Dazzler's looks. Need to see it in black in the flesh to set aside all doubts. And just in case you are wondering why I am so finicky about looks, well I am a graphics designer, I cant stand bad looks. I don't want to buy it and then spend the rest of the time consoling myself with how good the bike is otherwise. It would be one massive sulk.
