As you mentioned that your budget is 90K, and you want a bike on which your mom can sit comfortably also you are ok with mileage of 35-40, then only one bike come to my mind, Karizma-R.

Proven track record, nice and wide seat for rider and pillion, very comfortable, good resale price and many more things (ZMA owners can put some light on it )

      Cheers!

I would say go with Hunk, CBZ X or Unicorn!

All of them are the best!

It all depends on you now
I feel like Peter Parker when I drive my Hunk in the city but I become Spiderman when I am on my CBR swinging from one lane to the other on expressways.

2009 & Present: HH Hunk Limited Edition [Red Striker]
2011 & Present: Honda CBR 250R [Black Blade]

ZMR -A and hunk not suitable for aged pillion riders. i think these bikes are slight high, mamma need to climb everytime.

I think pulsar 150 is good or else enfield bullet(ur budget is also matching!)

RTR is not suitable to your height. this is my practical observation and fully personal opinion.
