No 150 cc bike will give that kind of mileage unless you are constantly riding within 60 kmph. If thats how you are gonna ride a 150 cc, why not get a 100/110/125 cc bike which will also be light on the pocket compared to a 150 cc.

I aint no fan of commuters bt that was just a practical suggestion considering the guys requirement. From the bikes he shortlisted, IMO, CB Twister would be the best choice.
IMHO, for riding 100 Kms daily, a 150cc bike would be certainly much more comfortable than a 100cc bike. The thread starter mentioned that a mileage of anything above 50 is good enough and the budget is around 55k. The SZ-R/SZ-X suits all his requirements the best hence I recommended it.

If he is looking for even better fuel efficiency, P135 is a good option too but it would be costlier I guess. Honda Shine is a very good option too. But all these options were missing from the list he had shortlisted. Hence I suggested SZ.
Signals which are timed for 50 Kmph are also timed for 100 Kmph :)

Thanks guys for helping my friend out, after reading what you guys suggest he is picking pulsar 135, neither a 100cc nor a 150cc, one more thing guys sz is a bike made with budget given top priority, it's a 150cc bike with no tacho & the quality of bike isn't upto mark specially when you see it standing next to r15, but pulsar 135 looks value for money bike though it is costlier than sz.
He booked a pulsar 135 today
