    Hi Tejas,
If u are upgrading from Karizma, the next nearest bike is CBR250.. i have been using it for almost one month for daily commute to office.. there is no trouble riding in city.. so you dont have to worry about its city handling..

Well dude in such case my suggestion would be to take your ZMA to joel & get it modified to the fullest. Trust me, it would be the cheap & best option. IMO changing bike for just an increase of 30cc or few more bhp wont be a big upgrade. Though you are getting features like C-ABS etc for that you have to spend money in excess of 1.5lacs.

P.S:- Better you aim for something higher like GT650

The ZMR is not reallt an upgrade at all!I would say the ZMA R id better tha the ZMR!And it is certainly not a very good idea to sell your ZMA for a ZMR.

If your actually thinking about an upgrade in its actual sense, go for the CBR non-ABS!If it just a new bike that you want, wait a while and get the 2011 R15 which seems to be a solid package!

But whatever your decision maybe, wait for the 2011 R15 to come out! Then only finalize upon something!Thats the safe and smart option!

PGMFi is a huge upgrade in terms of technology and there are other Honda assorted tech on it as well...however since there is no power/torque up, it is entirely upto individual to take a call. If I had 30-40K done ZMA-R, then I would go for
                1. ZMR if funds are limited.
                2. CBR250 if funds are not a problem.

                  +1 Agree.

For some very strange reason, I prefer the ZMA-R over the ZMR. For starters, there is nothing that can beat the sheer simplicity of the ZMA-R engine. It's a no frills bike which might keep on selling for another decade.
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Precisely my point.I would also prefer the ZMA-R over the ZMR. If I am to upgrade, I would never get a ZMR in any case!

ZMA-R has an awesome engine & ZMR took it one step ahead..

ZMR is good bike as a First Purchase but for a person like me Or Thread Starter who is already riding a 2006 model ZMA without any problems.....The next upgrade is Obviously CBR 250 R (Pure performance)

I have been riding a ZMR from past 1 year and i would say it's the same as ZMA or ZMA-R

You should go for CBR250 anyday if you are going for an upgrade.!!!!
                          PEACE!!!!\/
