I'd say go with the RE CL-350 ... If you can stretch your budget a bit more, it's the best bet for long tours.. The pillion seat comfort is unmatched.. Even I'm thinking of buying an RE after graduating from college
And yes, the maintenance part,, every bike will require some maintenance if not ridden properly; no need to tell that to an experienced rider .. Also the new gen RE's are much better when it comes to maintenance(that's what my friend with an RE C350 says)
And yes ultimately, its the choice of your heart that matters.. if you think you're satisfied with a bike, then go for it..no matter whatever be the opinions..

want to upgrade
Hi all xbhpians,
am nw using honda unicorn dazzler. my problem is back pain during long ride, am usually rides 30km in weekdays nd 150 in weekends so can u suggest a bike for me that i can ride :90+

Go for ZMA or ZMR...these bikes may not be faster like 220 & R15 but are very comfortable to ride at 100-110 kmph of speed all day all night..
I mean it ..they are real highway bikes..
