After your feedback , I have to erase Stunner from my mind.
    Any other suggestion ...
Dude,1st of all, people dont know what a race bike is....
A lay man would say,a bike which looks big and stylish,is a race bike....
So dont worry,FZ is a very cool teacher its not insanely fast and not by any means slow(just perfect for learners) ... it would teach you some very good aspects of biking. The handling ,and the ridability are 1 of the best,in India...
So friend clear your mind, take the FZ you will nvr repent....

if still you want to choose from others,I would say there is YAMAHA SZ R.. sibling of FZ....its good bike as well....

Thanks bro. After reading all the response , I think FZ will be a good beginner bike right...SZ-R also looks good but the seat seems bit higher than FZ ...I will go for FZ then to start learning biking on it...

Go for the FZ, its the best 150cc bike for a learner out there.
Although I would strongly suggest you to buy a cheap second hand platina/discover to learn riding and then even if it gets scrapped too it will fetch good money coz I don't feel good to actually hurt the FZ going to learn on her.

In any case just so that you know, if you do take her on empty stretches and learn its best, also the yamaha spares are cheaper than dazzler and then there is insurance just in case you drop the bike.

P.S: Since you decided for FZ, let me give you its most common issues. The FZ seat gets narrow and thin towards the pillion end. An average built GUY would most probably have his butt on the grab rails as well and its a pain. The fat rear tyre gives good grip but you will end up making friend of the local puncture shop guy as it gets punctured frequently yet since its tubeless you wont come to know until there is more than 1 puncture. The engine is the best one, no issues faced by anyone here if you stick to proper service routine and change the oil at every 1000km (stick to using yamalube 20w40 mineral for atleast first 5000kms) and keep lubricating chain at every 300-500km. You should get decent mileage of about 32-44kmpl.

Go for fz. YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR DECISION. It looks heavy, but the fact is it's one of the lightest bike in 150cc category. And fz is definately not a racebike, it's for city riding (may be you got it confused with the r15). It's handling is top notch, good suspension, Good performance, pretty smooth engine. It's demerits are, it's costlier, not comfortable for pillion and lacks mileage. As COST AND MILEAGE aren't your concern, fz is the perfect bike for the people of your size. And wear proper protective gear while learning. Peacee!!

            for me 1.stunner>> underpowered,handsome looking bike.vibrates after speed of 60.heard my friend complaining about mileage.around 45[isn't that figure low for a 125 cc].lastly it is overpriced. 2.slingshot>>for an youngster.really?[no offence meant] 3.hunk>>looks mascular.not best handler but moderately good.looks good to me.adequate power.promise of moderate frugality.well priced.reliable. 4.fz/fz-s/fazer>>too much of a poser.underpowered for me.best handler.a looker.mileage awful[discussed here many times].justifies its price tag.
and the question remains why do i race?

I was new to biking 1 yr 2 months before.I learned on a passion for 2 days 1 hr each day. And I bought fz just 5 days after that. The moment i started riding it I thought it is just custom build for a learner who never touched a bike.Speed handling reliability everything is there. If mileage is not a big concern this is the best 150cc you can buy according to me.

hey man you wont be a beginner for your whole lifetime
driving bikes are easy and hence youll learn it within a month or 2 ...
and after learning you will feel the requirement of power ....(mainly you'll feel this if u get a stunner or slingshot ) ............ better get the best in class and power ... i get it , its hard to learn in a powerful bike but if you get perfect you can drive any of your friends bike man ...

If u afford to spend 80-90 K on ur first ride u have 2 options :
                        1) buy a 2nd hand bike or one of ur frnds/relatives to get urself accustomed for bikes. Jumping directly into heavier/powerfull bike wont be okay i guess. so have an exp of at least 7-10 days of bike riding and then go for a ur first ride may be FZ/hunk/Apache whatever u want.

2)Just buy yourself the best possible bikes according to your needs (looks/specs/weight/reviews etc) and learn it with utmost care. Be carefull for first 1000 kms or so coz thats the period which will be most crucial for ur new ride.
I would suggest option 1 based on my personal exp. Ultimately you have to buy a new bike, sooner or later, make sure its according to ur needs and once you buy it,u care most of it. Thats it... Over and out!!

You should probably consider P135LS/Apache 160.. these are the bikes you can enjoy as a college student, FZ is just ok kind of bike in my opinion though it's good for learners. It doesn't offer anything out of ordinary. Coming to the learning part, I know few friends who learned riding on their first bike and that was P180. If you ask me, learning is easy on bigger bikes, as it's really hard to unsettle them and even their controls are pretty good & forgiving for a learner. Even though your budget is around 90k, I would suggest you go for a P135LS or Apache 160 keeping fuel bills in mind, after all you are still in college, so fuel price increase is going to put some burden on your pocket money. By the way P135LS/Apache 160 are equally good for learners, they are light & sharp.

                            hi

hi prasanna i own hunk and my bro own stunner i had ride stunner for 400km in a day but i don't like it because it very light for highway bodybalance is not good its ok for city if you want ride for long way u take heavy ride and powerful engine like hunk,fz,pulser 150 ,RTR160
if u want light bike for city pulser135 is best
compare all the bike on bikedheko.com for top speed, weight, height, power, fuel eco.
buy best bike that suit you. you will learn bike in few days but u have to ride it for long
                            born to ride

Go for neither Suzuki Slingshot or Honda CB Twister

Among these four bikes I would suggest only HONDA CBF STUNNER & Suzuki Slingshot as a begineerer bikes.FZ & HUNK are powerfull bikes so its better to take these as second bikes unless if u are an expect rider. As you must know Stunner has serveral engine complaints,it vibrates badly after 60km/hr,spare parts are almost impossible to get.
I think you should also checkout Honda CB Twister, its great for a begining bike,small,light-weight & good performance offering good value for money.
Another good bike I suggest is Suzuki Slingshot, the bike is styled well not like Twister using only fibre, instead more metal is used as Suzuki is best in build quality & engine refinement. This bike has good performance, great for daily use, very smooth engine & comfortable seating, servicing & spare parts avaiability is good, just test drive this bike & you will understand the quality ride.
So go for neither Honda CB Twister or Suzuki Slingshot,i'm suggesting you the best bikes for a begineer biker.
