Thinking to drop Dazzler from list. I saw many complaints related to spare parts, cold start and hard suspension. With these problem feeling not suitable as weekender.

Yes, its very comfy for long rides, I travel about 30km+30km to college everyday. And you won't believe me if I tell you it feels no different riding the bike for long hours too, no palm pain or backache and huge thanks to no vibrations passed on to me or pillion at all!
You need to test it to know what i say, specially go over potholes and humps to check how soft it is and rev the engine hard to feel it doesn't pass on the vibrations like in HH Hunk or Pulsars!
      Check out this review

P.S: I feel the suspension is bit soft than i actually needed(the vehicle shock sways up and down at high speeds like 80kmph or above) in normal setting, I could change it one notch to stiff, it should give stability on highway curves but then the pothole rides in interior roads will be horribly stiff or hard to butt and since i dont travel above 60kmph I feel normal setting is good for the bike.

The mileage depends on your riding conditions, as of now i get 53kmph since most of my riding is on highway at speed of minimum about 50-60kmph on top gear, but I have observed inside city its about 42-43kmpl.

One more thing, Based on my experience only disadvantage I observed was the bikes rear tyres doesnt make you feel safe riding on highway in rain, so I have decided to change the tyres to a more softer compound like MRF Zapper C or Michelin Sirac before rain season.
If you dont travel fast in rain, then you need not worry as default TVS tyres are good on basic road and normal speeds giving you better mileage.

Actually dazzler is a good bike, yes its true that spares availability as well as costly price of those spare is an issue, but none of my friends complained about the battery,

If all you do is weekend ride and not commute long distance like I do regularly then mileage may not be your concern, if that's it then why dont you buy Yamaha FZ16? It has the same engine as mine but its tuned for more pickup and power for high speeds(gives way less mileage), superb road grip(you will be more worried about tyre punctures after few thousand km run), and smooth seat(cant say the same for pillion sitting behind you). Other than that its absolute road king for highway rides.

There are no short-cuts to any place worth going. So ride safe when you are treading uncharted roads.

I agree with Prajnyan, FZ is better suited for your requirements. And in fact, the riding joy you get from the bike is so much that you might even start using your bike more often.

On road price tag of FZ in Bangalore is 82.5K (FZ-s) and 80K (FZ). It still going to rise in new year!!

Guys tell me about Apache rtr160 hype../FI. It is pure performance bike and no smooth engine. None of frns owns rtr. How it will be mileage/maintenance/comfort/durability for 5years.

There will be face-lift for p150 and p135 in Jan?

is the FI version available now?
anyways the hyperedge would give you around 50kmpl in most cases, however beware of the vibrations

Try waiting for the new pulsars because you can have something that feels fresh.

I think that is better option to see pulsar facelift.

Rode Fazer yesterday (my colleague's) - It was long time, almost 2yrs after selling my six month owned 100cc legend splendor.

What is your opinion about Fazer? Because from the leaked images, the new pulsars will have similar styling/riding stance compared to FZ/Fazer.

Fazer riding pleasure is awesome. Hope FZ also similar as no change in specifications. But it doesn't look like tourer as it is projected. More faired version of 'street lord'.

FZ or FZ-S should be the best option.SZ-R is also good too.
Dazzler is good but the looks................(event a passion or splender looks better)

I was in the same confusion like you. After so many thought booked an FZ-S yellow color.

Even though the fairing doesn't seem like much, on the highway while cruising, you will thank Yamaha for putting it there!

Does Fazer FE more than 40+ ?

I have checked with most of my freinds who owns either FZ or Fazer before booking the bike.
As per them , the FE for FZ/FZ-S in heavy bangalore traffic is 32-40.On highway , the FE can vary from 40-48 depending on the ride. Fazers also have the same FE.

Not at all....you will hardly get 40 in favorable riding...

Sure, you can expect 40 if you ride within 80 kmph with mild acceleration. But harsh riding and 80+ speeds will give pretty bad FE on any 150cc.
