Yes your points are correct..But are they reliable as Hero/Honda Bikes..?

I have few of My frnds who are unhappy with Pulser after 2 Yrs Ownership. That's is the reason i am not at all going to Bajaj Bikes.

    -Pavan
Instead ask yourself, why are they NOT reliable? Just because your FEW friends are unhappy with the performance of Bajaj's? Then what about others who are more than happy to select a Bajaj's product? They aren't fool.
Dear, it's just a machine. and is meant to broke down if not used well. I will tell you what MIGHT have happened in your friends' case. (just a common observation)
Pulsar=Sports bike=Race=Vroom vroom. This is a typical mentality of young blood. (not all but almost...). Any bike will go down if you don't care for her...

I'm surprised that you just shortlisted only Honda products, you can also look at other options, which are even better on many fronts except perceived reliability. I say perceived, because i've had friends who got Unicorn, they did face problems, but only difference is they will not call it unreliable spares are very costly especially when you compare with the likes of Yamaha & Bajaj.
It's still honda... the best and reliable machine from JAPS...

Edit: and yeah, when it comes to Yamaha spares, they are very hard to find...
