    What Bike Query Approved
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Sorry to say but your price don't except bikes here!!!

in India there are very few bikes with Killer looks, those are:
      1. R15
      2. Duke
      3. RE CL
      4. TBTS
      5. Awenger
      6. FZ
      7. 200NS
      8. P220
      9. RTR 180.
      10.CBR

But none of these bikes are in the range you mentioned.

But there are few bikes which comes in nation choice at your price range:
      1.P135
      2.Dazzler
      3.P150/180
      4.SZr
      5.GS150r

Any 150cc would give you better mileage i.e 40-45>kmpl.
But handling comes with price. But for city day to day Pulsars are best and GS150 and SZr are too good.

Handling has many definition! what you exactly mean by handling ???
      At greater speed of 100kmph
      Normal maneuvering in traffic
      Maneuvering in Highway ??, etc

SZr or P135 or P180(a big bike with Fat tyres and feel of P220 size!!) are better package for price!

P220 too would give you approx 40kmpl+/- but it's expensive approx near to 90k

if you plan for P220 then you can opt for Awenger/P220/200NS/FZ/RTR180ABS.

But this bikes are increasing your budget by 25-30k. 200NS is appox 1L

If you can increase then increase it because you will buy it once in a 5 yrs atleast!!

Eyes closed, go for the GS150R, best bike in class, and perfectly fits your budget, you can buy a good helmet with the remaining cash.

There is never a best or worst bike. The purpose of this thread is to find the best bike *for you*. For that purpose to be served, you need to tell us more about yourself. Your height, weight, intended usage(city/highway), no. Of km you will be doing every month.

For your current budget, if you are 5ft8 or less, the perfect allround one would be RTR 160. But we can guide you better if you tell us more about yourself.

I highly recommend you to test Ride both these and decide what you want for yourself

                      1. Suzuki GS150R
                      2. Yamaha SZ-R

If you can extend your budget by another 5K, then you can choose

                      1. Honda CB Unicorn
                      2. Yamaha FZ-S

I don't recommend P220 as its expensive to maintain and difficult to ride in bumper to bumper traffic.
There are no short-cuts to any place worth going. So ride safe when you are treading uncharted roads.
