I kept brooding on it all day long today,went for a small solo ride,got my thoughts right,got my priorities set. I had bought the Fazer because I loved the way it looks,the gleaming white colour...the lovely twin headlamps...I was getting itchy about the scratch on the headlamp..it happened right on the next day after fitting my HIDs and LED pilot lamps..then I thought again,a damn autorickshaw driver can't separate me from my Fazer,or make me change my decision...changing ride is an easy way out..gonna spend on her,fix her and keep riding her.Damn I love taking corners on this beauty..I have been asked several times by strangers,kids and uncles,"Is this a sports bike?500cc?"...I have taken several rides on her..I'm gonna keep her and ride her and keep modding her...No upgrade for me now.I had bought her with all my hard-earned cash,almost emptying my bank...and I'm not gonna let it go so easily..whatever repairs I need,I'll do it.
Moreover,8months of ownership and 3300kms is too short for an upgrade..
As for pillion comfort,my dad,as well as my girl are quite comfy on the Fazer,except when they are holding anything in hand while riding.So I don't mind...Sorry to all for any inconvenience.

Dude!! Why so much confusion?

NS and R15, both dont suit your needs. Both have uncomfy pillion seats. While NS has relatively lower torque, R15 has relatively slower acceleration. NS is naked-good for bumper2bumper traffic, R15 is faired-good for you sex life. But no, you DONT need either of them.

Keep the fazer. One small scratch it is. Big deal. Juz live with it.
And 3300km in 7 months?? You've hardly done justice to the Odometer. Get a life, get on the road. Enjoy the bike,buddy.

You can always upgrade later. Maybe to the 350 Pulsars in a year or two.

And yes, dont WASTE your money modding your Fazer. Instead, save up for the bigger mills.

Good atlast you realised that buying now any other bike would be a waste of money!!

MOdding Frazer, i won't suggest, it's better you save the money, use this bike for 2+yr and later buy a 250cc Yamaha or Honda!! Modding Frazer won't give you the pleasure of CBR 250's power!! and with mod/speed comes the handling and braking part which will cost you more!! So wise to be is don't play with your bike, which can kick off your re-sale badly later. Let it be in pistine condition and buy later a good bike of you choice!!

Let me see what to do about modding...because modding will be a bit costly..first I need to fix her up and change the headlamps.
