Considering your budget, Pulsar 200NS will be fair deal.

Yeah. Money is constraint my friend. But honestly. For my needs and requirements the duke 200 is not practical. I mean. I commute about 40 to 50 kms a day. And I have a pillion rider with me many times. Im an average rider and not a speed freak. The KTMs aggressive built and awesome power is just not my thing as of now. I'm new to the biking game. And the ktm duke is just not the game I wanna play.

Money is defiantly a constraint. But then if I think about it. The P200NS feels just the right thing for me at 1,00,000. It's worth it.

Where in the ktm duke I believe is priced a little bit on the higher side.

      Well that's my opinion again.

Agreed. How about the yamaha FZs ?

Any suggestions as in why I should or shouldn't opt for it ?

        Thanks.

Three of my friends own a FZ-s, the common thing heard from them was the fuel economy. It is a bit low when compared to other bikes in that segment. And I don't know about Vizag but here in Hyderabad the after sales service of yamaha sucks big time.

Agreed. After sales is really bad here as well. Anything you know about the resale value. ? P200NS or FZ. Which one gives better resale value ?

How about FZs ? I really love the NS. But is FZs worth 80,000 ? Because 200NS is definitely worth 1,00,000.

Fzs has been around for a while. That's one reason why I don't wanna buy it.
NS is in this case is fresh. And almost virgin in the place I live in.
Get the NS buddy. You have that bike in your heart. You liked it after test riding too. You get a newer tech bike with 9+ extra horses for just 20K more. That bike is a virgin in your area What more do you want?

Pulsar 200NS has good resale value over yamaha Fz in my opinion. Better go for P200NS.

                  Re: 1st bike - Pulsar 200 NS - Yes/No ???

Had an awesome drive this morning on the P200NS. I drove 30 kms on highways and ghats. We fueled In petrol of 100 rupees. And after coming back we had a good 50rs Ka fuel still left in the tank. That gave a smile on my face.
The bike is just awesome. And quite honestly. I don't feel much problems with the tyres. Griped good enough. The best part is the handling and the breaking. I'm 5'6 dint find much problem handling unless pulling the bike back in the height. Another thing is that the handle bar is very heavy. New riders will have some wrist pains after about 20kms. But that's something I get used to. The pick up the engine the gears are just spot on. Very comfortable for the rider and pillion.
Over all a 9 out of 10 from me.

                  -An average rider.
