Re: Pulsar 200NS vs 220F
There is pulsar 200 SS coming up in a few months, but still there is no news of the final date. It may be launched this diwali or maybe next year...Originally posted by Jaya Sankar Yakkala View PostIs there any upcoming model (in next 2-3months) with same bike design but with new engine tech like NS? like the triple spark?
So, if you can wait, well and good but if you need a bike now, go for the NS.
Buy good riding gears and join Naked Wolves, the biking group only for NS riders.

Re: Pulsar 200NS vs 220F
Compared to 200 ns the 220 handles bad so corner craving is better in 200ns. The good handling also comes with stiff suspension so the ride quality is better in 220 which helps in touring. I would choose 200ns as its better in most aspects but if you are touring then semi fairing and projector lights help.Fun Starts at Redline!!!

Re: Pulsar 200NS vs 220F
As you said, you are not much of a tourer- P200NS it is then. More over, why go for an old technology, when you have a much up to date and refined product in NS!!!HH Dawn - TVS Star City - Yamaha Gladiator - TVS RTR 180 - Honda CBR 250R - Yamaha R3

Pulsar 220F vs 200NS.. Need Buying Advice !
Hello xBhpians
I am confused over what to buy among Pulsar 220F vs Pulsar 200NS. I need it for daily office ride and occasional weekend Tourer (One time for Ladakh also) within a budget of around 1 Lakh.
After researching a lot, This is summary of what i found :
Pulsar 200NS
- Better Technology (23 bhp, Bybre Disc, Liquid Cooled, Cornering, Bigger Tyre, etc)
- Ownership issues (Vibration at 4k-6k, Noises in gearbox, cold start issue, leakage etc)
- Design Flaws (Instability at high speed, High turning radius, uncomfortable seating for tour)
Overall, New and likable, maybe best for city (40km/day) but too many issues and flaws otherwise.
Pulsar 220F
- Ergonomically Stylish (High speed stability for crosswinds, low turn radius, seating position is more comfortable with soft seats + that projector headlamp with fairing for massive road presence.)
- Old Technology (Kawasaki engine developed way much earlier)
- Design issues (Unusable rear view mirror, rear disc no use)
Overall Older but quite usable, Not messing around with street fighter like 200NS but relaxed and comfortable.
if SS200 launches this diwali, maybe that will something i will accept instead of 220F but is that worth if the price is above 1.15L onraod just for a Fairing on 200NS !
Please Help me Choose !

While you are waiting for 200 am silently waiting for 400SS.
NS is a versatile bike but some how its basically a street bike .
So keep waiting

Any expected time for SS400, if it comes, and if priced under 2.2 L, that would definitely be the best buy. I like the tail section..

Honda Dio - Current

Not only fairing bro you'll get dual projector head lamp which drastically encourage you on a highway at night, overall new full fairing and design helps you fight against cross wind, new exhaust, new clean tail section, new aluminium swing arm, probably tyres too (lets hope),Fuel Injection which itself is expensive but reliable. Stiff suspension comes with the high speed stability but reduce comfort but it's still comfortable enough not a pain in your ass. Worth waiting and sounds more value for money to me.Originally posted by imehumvishal View PostHello xBhpiansI am confused over what to buy among Pulsar 220F vs Pulsar 200NS.
