You should go for pulsar 200 NS as fits your query perfectly.

      1. Minimum Engine capacity 200cc -
      Yes its 200 cc

      2. Easy to drive in city traffic/long drive -
You can easily maneuver it through traffic because of good handling

      3. Good amount of power/torque/handling-
23.5 bhp with ample amout of torque.

      4. Stylish/Trendy looks-
      Truely a looker's delight.

      5. NO Yamaha - RI5

      6. Decent Mileage figures -
38-40 kmpl in city traffic (these figures are personally obtained by me in traffic)

If you're looking for a good bike, then there are many under 1.2 Lakhs, but sorry to say none of them is an upgrade over pulsar220, itself costing around 1 L now. You need to stretch your budget at least upto 1.4-1.5 L. Duke 200 is an outstanding bike here, for solo riding esp. You can also opt for Pulsar NS, a technically good bike and excellernt performer, but I'm not satisfied with its finish (like dashboard, indicator switch, rear mudguard), road grip and comfort. I feel they could make it better and having choice I'd opt p220 over it.There also are some upcoming bikes with fairing which I hope will be available within 2015 like Pulsar200ss, and KTM RC200 and Hero HX250R, may priced respectively around 1.3 L, 1.5 L, 1.5 L. These three bikes should be good for your necessity.
