You have an almost perfect list to select from. Why dont you add Hayate and YBR 110 to the list?
Both of them will give you around 65 kmpl. Both are refined and smooth. Don't know about the Hayate but the YBR has an engine with high endurance. I know a person who has to go to Midnapore town from Kolkata(115+ km.s) thrice a week and return the same day. No issues for the past two years. Hayate is a new age machine with attractive graphics but please check out the availability of Suzuki SVC in your locality. Though not much hyped, YBR 110 will not disappoint you if you can take a TD of it.

I will support the verdict of [MENTION=57323]krishna77[/MENTION] Ybr 110 is a brilliant bike both crux and ybr shares the same engine, but the latter one has got few more cosmetic bits than that of crux, engine is always as solid as the yamaha engines are, yamaha hasn't promoted this bike much becuase of which the presense of the bike on the roads is very low, hayate is also a very good bike very smooth engine recently i rode one of my friends hayate and my friend weights some 95kgs as he is a bouncer so you can imagine his physique but still the bike performed exceptionally well and even on fly overs there was no hesitation from the engine whatsoever.

Thanks.. But I also considering the spare parts of the bike thats why I am selected the splendour bike but everyone quoted about 65kmpl maximum mileage.because I already have pulsar 200ns and my lovely and trusty discover 135 (sports edition 12-12-2007) now it covered 50000 km and consume about 180-200ml of engine oil after riding 700km.I also purchased the platnia 100 bike and used it for 6 months and then sold it due the handling(it gives me real 76kmpl in the first service) and then purchased the pulsar 200ns.now my discover bike consuming oil what can I do.sell it or get the engine work done. I am really confused some say that sell it some say do the engine work.my bike 135 gives me about 50-55mileage.....

Bajaj engine have got this problem of burning oil and that too extensively,you have your discover with you since 07, if it hasn't given you any problem till date and if you are satisfied with the performance then you can go for engine rebuild just make sure mechanic is good and use genuine parts and the bike will serve you another 5 years, but if in anyway you feel that the original performance of engine rebuild can't be matched by the mechanics(which is somewhat true) then there is absolutely no need on wasting your money just sell the bike and get yourself a new bike, as new bike is new bike you will get everything new.

Dream neo.. no doubt - It has a lightweight feel just 105 kg.. I am getting 68kmpl in the cities and goes above 70kmpl on highway.
It is a modern engine compared to the old splendor and has more power.
maintenance is very low - I do only engine oil changes, It has low maintenance viscous air filter and a closed chain guard.
Most importantly it has a very lengthy seat (compare side by side) than the splendor and assembly/disassembly is simpler than old herohonda bikes.
Build quality is similar to honda shine.

Splendor gives somewhat around 65 kmpl.Among d present 110 cc bikes, I like Mahindra Centuro the most. It has good looks, mileage, comfort, reliability, performance, techs everything. Apart from this YBR, Passion X pro, Dream Neo, Hayate all are good options, and among these the last two have mileage nearabout 70 kmpl. If you want more milelage (75+ kmpl) you have to go for Bajaj Discover 100 or TVS star city 110, but you've to compromise with reliability.

Spare parts is the problem that's why I am not taking it and mileage also

You have to compromise with one thing or the other, Hero Splendor is low on maintenance with fairly good service centers and cheap spare parts, but you will get a constant mileage of 65+ Kmpl, even afters years of usage. If you choose anything from Honda (dream yuga or neo), the bikes are good but the service centers are not very good and the spare parts are a bit expensive. Coming on to Yamaha YBR110 the engine is good, smooth and reliable, the service centers are good, but the spare parts are expensive. Suzuki Hayate is a fresh new bike with a good engine, but the availability of the service centers and spare parts can be a bit of a problem. Last is the bajaj, you being the owner of 2 Bajaj products know better than me.(If I say its not reliable and the build quality is poor, people owning them take offense and start arguing, instead of giving proper advice). Choose the one that suits you the best.

Reliability + Smooth Engine + Acceptable Comfort + 65&above Mileage = Hero Splendor.
I am a proud owner of Hero Honda Splendor 1996 Model which has run more than 1^67^xxx. Engine still untouched. Not even opened!
Maintenance almost nil(Giving for service every year).
Only lubrication, oil change is enough.
Still giving 60-65 kmpl city driving conditions.
Cheap Spares. Very good After Sales and Service.
Go for Hero Splendor and Be happy!!!

What would be the mileage of the 2014 splendor. I am only going to purchased it if it is give me mileage of minimum 65kmpl in the city and 70 plus on the highway speed range 40-50kmph

It's not necessary that you are gonna get fixed 65km/l mileage no vehicle can give you the mileage this way, mileage depends on lots of factors, like how did you rode the bike during run-in period, quality of fuel, quality of engine oil, your body structure, plus the conditions in which you will be riding the vehicle, if there is lot of stop and go situation in the city then there is no way you will be getting this mileage realistic mileage will be between 55 to 60 km/l, although on highway you can get 70km/l mileage, if you ride in the speeds you have written but take my word it's very difficult to ride at this pedestrian pace on highways, so don't just run after mileage.

Fact is, Ny 100cc can give to 70kmpl milage, if you ride under 50/60 kmph.
