Guys, I have already taken TD but still can't figure out the best for long rides dats the only confusing factor. I have planned my first long ride would be from Bangalore to Jaipur after 6 months of buying. Appreciate all of your thoughts and responses in getting me on the start line. Yamaha SZ-RR not heard anyone going for long rides. Is it fine and mileage of what people say is arnd 35 and showroom claims 55. As of now quest continues between Yamaha SZ-RR and Xtreme to get sporty look so eliminated Unicorn. Is that right move too ?

Re: Bike Selection Help
Every bike can do long rides. What you gotta do is keep the engine within the engines limit. For 150cc bikes, ride at 70-75kmph and the bike will do long hauls without any sweat.
Now select the one which you feel is more comfortable to ride on. We here can only give you options and the decision has to be taken by you. You did the test rides, now evaluate both these bikes and decide
Ride safe and have fun.

Re: Bike Selection Help
The distance from Bangalore to Jaipur should be around 2K km.s. SZ-RR is definitely capable of doing that after 3 servicings. Expect a mileage of 45-50 kmpl after the 2nd servicing.A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.
