    Query Approved.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END

Please post your requirements so that we can suggest you accordingly. Best option would be to fill up the following:
      1. Budget
      2. Age
      3. Height
      4. Weight
      5. Intended usage (eg. Office/College commute, Highway runs, Racetrack usage, Weekend recreation riding etc.)
      6. Fuel Efficiency requirement (approx., if any)
      7. City & Highway percentage usage
      8. Approximate Daily / Monthly running
      9. City / Town /Village of residence (so we can evaluate road conditions / traffic / terrain / altitude / OTR pricing)
      10. Brand / Bike type preference (if any)
A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

Honda cbr250 has a good bike.but it will discontinue in the coming years because they have to replace it with cbr 300.

Yamaha r15 is a very good package but the seating position is not very good and this is the biggest problem with this bike.

Pulsar 200ns for a very good value for money product.

Royal enfield only for riding pleasure.

            Re: Confused. Need help.

            You can go for
            1. P200NS - Great value for money. Ample power and torque.
            2. R15 - Pure performance and sheer quality. Deltabox frame. However, the pillion seat is a drawback.
            3. Karizma ZMR - Big bike feel, good engine, and Hero's network.
All of them are very good for your age and height. Will offer decent resale value as well. And you will not have to frequent the service centers for any of them. Ideal for both city and low to mid range tours.

RE is unmatched for long touring. But, as you mentioned that you will be using your bike mostly in cities, I personally won't recommend that. The heavy weight can be a little unnerving in stop and go traffic. Or in signals where you need to find a little space to get ahead of the rest. Also, RE requires regular maintenance. But for going long distance, it's unparallelled. Also, the tremendous road presence and respect a RE draws even after all the years - is something different.

Yes u r ryt, but i do not like the plastic body of these bikes u mentioned. RE classic look and build attracts me a lot. But m not sure will it be suitqble for a lean guy like me with average height and weight. That is 5feet 7 inch and 67 kg aoprox

Duke is an awesome looking bike. But is this bike comfortable too? can I drive it for 300 kms or more comfortably?

Well............ Yes but for the rider. For a pillion its not exactly uncomfortable but you might have to give 10 min stops after every 1hr of riding plus carrying lugage with a pillion might be a problem.

Ya the duke is a bit of less comfortable, but people have even gone to leh on it. But as they say, its not always about the bike but the biker who rides it.
So, take test rides of all the bikes in your likes and then decide which suits you...

                            Dude,
I seems like need Burke which suits your requirements first and price second. Since you have very decent budget that does not mean that you should always think abt bikes which are close to ur budget and not requirements. To be very frank you should go for pulsar 220 bike.
                            Reliable
                            Comfortable
                            Low budget
                            good power
                            Good speed
And last but not least projector headlamp means no worry about night riding
                            Always remember "जब सोच ज्यादा गहरी हो जाती है तो इरादे कमजोर हो जाते है"
                            Go for pulsar 220

                              I would really recommend a duke 200 !
Test ride it and compare the feel with the other bikes , it will blow you away
