The only downside you are not upgrading since you already own a pulsar 150.Originally posted by Jagzxbhp View PostBro I'm settled for fzs fi. R15 is simply not for me cause budget doesn't support it
also a new bike is always better than an old/used bike.
If you are OK with the lesser power then you can settle for Fz

RTR is a fun bike. light weight and easy to handle. downside is vibrations.
the new zma r is extremely quick and can easily touch 130 and it;s faster than old bike. if you can live with the odd looks. actually looks better in reality. the zma puts 19.2 bhp compared to the old 17 bhp engine. it's got tubeless tyre and fatter rear than the old bike.
If you wanna go for r15, get a new bike.
any new bike will ensure you trouble free ownership.Last edited by pravinan; 11-25-2014, 09:11 PM.

Re: New fzs fi v2 or duke 200 used bike
Karizma is heavy for me a bit. After riding duke 200, I came to know that stability doesn't come from a ton of iron crap but from a light nimble and fatter tyre bikes. Also the karizma has the swingarm parallel to the bike (see sideways of the bike) whereas fzsfi has a little downward hanging swingarm which gives racetech handling.
read it somewhere on a magazine about swingarm types and different angle at which it is connected to the bike and the rear tyre.

Hey brothers went for test drive yesterday of both gixxer and fz v2 . price difference is around 6000 rupees. Also the Yamaha engine and clutch is butter smooth, powerful horn, but I felt low confidence on fz because the headlamp assembly is situated higher than gixxer. Also the gixxer is having knocking sounds above 6k rpm (maybe due to test vehicle) and hard clutch than fz , weak horn, but accelerates like hell, initial acceleration is linear but past 4500 starts to pull up crazy. Disk brakes are better than fz . and man it looks far better than fz in real, you need to see it to believe it. Gixxer also has a clock which is not mentioned anywhere. Verdict: gixxer if u want a sporty highway tourer cause less strain on hands due to riding position, fz for city commute cause it lacks high end punch. And yeah gixxer gives you the big bike feel and looks like a triumph Daytona from the upfront.Originally posted by krishna77 View PostYes bro. Looks you have already made up your mind. Remember that the TR bike will be using bajaj oil so the engine may sound gruff .
