      Right now you have 2 choices
      1.Honda CBR 250
      2.duke 390

        See your range has a lot of twists right now .
        So 2 lacs get you cbr 250 ,r15 ,duke200 ,390 and rc200.
        R15 out ,no power at all.
        Cbr is not in production as per dealers .
        Rc200 ,dukes .
        So choose from faring or non faring.

            RC won't be good for commuting plus its not a huge jump in performance too.

            Wait for the 200SS or may be a 400SS if you want more power for less than 2l.
            Other than the above nothing won't be an upgrade from 220 considering its use.
            Duke 390 may fit the bill so test ride it.

                    It just took a test ride of TBTS 500 to get that R. Ebola . Yes it has its own Tits & Bits but i love them now. As keeping a Nanny always require your attention

                          The 220 is such a gem of a bike that some of my friends bought a 2014 model 220 again as there is not much on the market to upgrade to,u can look at the cbr 250 or ninja 300.
                          Another good option would be to try and look for a 2nd hand bike,u may get a good deal.All these honda and kawasaki bikes are virgin engines even at a high number of KMs Clocked.
