Re: Selecting the CBR 250R vs RC200
Nobody talks about my beloved Karizma nowadays
Anyways, I have tried my hands on the CBR and duke. Believe me, it's all in the mind. I have seen some very good tourers on duke and CBR both. Test ride both of them and calculate yourself, otherwise It odesn't really matter if you have duke, RC, CBR or Karizma. Once you get adjusted, every bike can be a worthy tourer.

The extra weight gives your ride a good stability against windblast. But when it comes to windblast, everyone will have different opinions, but believe me additional weight of the bike can give you the much needed stability at times.Originally posted by manub View PostHow will the weight help?

I was riding alongside a truck and clocking 80 on my FZ. And on the highway, I got my first lesson on windblast.
But if you really feel confident of keeping your bike stable, you needn't worry about windblast. In the end it all depends on the hands driving the bike.
PS : I have been a long time follower of xBHP and took the initiative to become a part of the xBHP family. Thanks for all seniors whose knowledge have helped me turn into a good biker who keeps learning everyday. Thanks for that. The ride defines it..!!!
