Splendor is there for so long. You can go for it with your eyes closed.
Just add some other models as well -
      Honda Dream series
      Yamaha Crux
      Suzuki Hayate.
A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

I have test ride all the three bikes but the splendor feels less powered and dream neo feels big and smooth.I like the platina 100 but it not look cool.I have doubt on splendor regarding mileage and neo for spare parts

Yes Splendor has almost 10% less power than Neo/Yuga. But, Splendor is known for giving good mileage AFAIK.

You can look at the Current Segment Leader,The TVS Star City Sports + and The Mahindra Centuro.TVS has better Build Quality and Better A.S.S so Star City + will be my Pick.Mr.Gan in xBhp Owns One.

Oh sir, don't be angry, I'm just glad that he didn't suggest RTR180.
He has been suggesting it to everyone, no matter if the guy wants a cruiser or a gearless scooter.

+1 for neo, it ticks all the requirements, except for pathetic Honda service centers.

We have a new TVS fanboy amongst us. If anyone wants a sbk he still would stick to RTR180, even more than the owners he is excited about TVS.

Since you say Splendor feels a little underpowered, you could consider Passion XPro which uses the same engine from Honda CB Twister. The Xpro is slightly cheaper than than the Twister. However if good looks is also a concern you can look into the Twister. Since your journeys are mostly on highways, I strongly recommend going for the Disc brake version. I think these are the only two bikes in the 110cc category equipped with disc brake. Not sure though. To answer your question, when ridden sanely 70+kmpl is assured in a Splendor. The XPro/Twister should give you somewhere around 60-65kmpl.

Honda dream neo was launched as a direct competition to the splendor/passion series. However the bike looks very plain. The engine is said to be vibration free. No idea how it behaves on highways. From reviews it seems cost cutting has been done in several features like no pass light etc.

TVS Star has been given some changes recently. Looks decent, nice colours and decent build quality. I can't be sure but I think it should give somewhere around 65-70kmpl. The bike comes with TVS tyres which are terrible on wet roads especially. Considering your highway rides, that could be a problem. Any ways confirm at the showroom, if it comes with some other tyres also.

I would love to suggest Yamaha Crux but it has hardly made any sales in recent years. It is very well built basic bike. Comes with no self start. I had ridden it on once on highway. Was very stable at 75kmph and refined too. It suffers from poor resale value.

Bajaj Platina will be revamped for 2015. Pics of test mules are already floating around the internet. Being a commuter from bajaj, it will be well priced. If you can't wait that long leave it out of the list. The Platina does good speeds but it is not stable on highways. Beyond 60kmph feels very scary. And the brakes are not adequate. Older Platinas when abused become very rough and make weird sounds as far as I have seen. However the 2015 version may sort out these issues.

My vote goes for the XPro or the Twister since they are smooth, decent service (Hero), better power and torque than other contenders, decent fuel efficiency, decent stability and can take abuse. Note that Honda spare parts are slightly on the heavier side. Take a test ride and decide.
