Get yourself an elephant if you can feed it *from the extra money you have apart from running your household*.
There is no point starving oneself just for fuel and maintenance of a bike/car.
This should not be an impulsive decision.
My post was mainly for those who tend to go the Z's way looking at the power to ex showroom price ratio alone. One must factor in the maintenance charges too.
If you ask me what I'd get assuming I had 10L to spare (and had to buy either of these 2 only), I'd go for the Z myself. Not for power, but peace of mind (despite the higher maintenance charges) and after market support for my stock bike which would be almost the same as stock bikes abroad.
