    Better or like R15?
Wait for Kawasaki Ninja 250R if you don't care for aftersale service. I meant the mechanics of noobish Bajaj who unable to service P220 what we can expect with them for Ninja service and maintainance.
Be practical, yamaha aftersale service is pro and aboveall best.
R15 suits you best if you can compromise with its riding position.
I personally don't like the brand TVS and ohyea, don't expect menace to have a killer look like R15.

From whatever little I have come across about the "Menace" on xbhp, it seems that TVS is more interested in putting together a machine with "menacing" performance and handling and isn't that bothered about the looks.

Lets wait and see.. and hope that the wait isn't too long.

GS should be great for city usage as well as highways...I would be a bit skeptical about a 2nd hand Enfield, that too for long rides. I would prefer using the GS itself for long rides, or get some other tourer instead!

Test ride ALL before deciding (DUH!)

Since you ask, I'd say if you are physically fit, buy it. I've seen a lot of people complaining about wrist, back aches and its all the wrong riding positions, or lack of agility. Besides, there isn't too much of a low end difference we can talk of when the top contender belts out 20 hp while our lady gives 16. Add to that tons of other stuff which you'll know when you'll ride.

Please don't listen to all the tech talk about the bike. I am seriously sick of people going "FI, delta box chassis, blah blah blah, yada yada yada". Its a bike for gods sake. Put your ass on the saddle, ride it, and if you have a grin under that lid, thats all there is to it. No one can justify the price through all that tech. If the tech doesnt make you happy during your time in the cock pit, its all promotional hoopla meant to lead you astray. Just ride it and decide for yourself. And read some of the good riding books by Nick Ienatsch or Keith Code, if you truly want to understand the bikes potential. Otherwise, do the pulsar.
