Its all on the capacity and ability of a rider to do. Checkout Bike India's post. They took a Gixxer SF to Leh Ladakh .Isnt it enough?

Yes, you can do 700km a day even on a powerful scooter, but will it be as comfortable? If you are planning to go for lots of long rides do get a bike with big relaxed engine, when I go for short rides on my Hunk, I feel that bike limits my ability to cover more distance.

IF we stick to vehicles then people go on cycles too. But yeah, they dont cover 700kms /day.

Limit of a person shows his ability and capability.

I know many many people who have proper tourer machine and adventure machines but are scared to do 100kms/day ride.

Perfect vehicle do miracles on purposeful place but ability of the rider tops it all. (Y)

This discussion is going somewhere else.
You can go for 200NS or AS200 . I haven't got a chance to ride AS200 but you can take a test ride and get to know more about the ergonomics.
Alternatively you can look for a used CBR 250r as well.

                +1 for CBR250
For this price I guess you can get RS200 abs but for any new bike it is not recommended to go for long trip right away. The engine needs to settle in very well with couple of oil changes.

Maybe you can go for CBR 250R or else Apache 180 with ABS. Both will work good for you with your height weight and it will not give you any back pains as well as Apache also Gives you good ride, safe journey (With ABS), Economical(fuel efficiency and Cost) , Ergonomical And now a days the vibration level of apaches has been reduced in newer models only it rattles at 5000 RPM. None of the worries. Close your eyes, you can go for APACHE.
