Side stand - this is one thing I often forget especially during shopping when stop and go repeatedly. I never forget this side stand matter when I move the scooter first time but in a hurry I have been making this mistake.

Also, when we are getting all advanced features and comfort nowadays why settle for the old style - I think that way.

After all this is a Hero product.!!
Sometimes it is better to have less than more.

If you dont want another TVS in your home then why did you include it in your comparison?

Giving a comparison doesn't mean that one has to buy/consider that particular model/make. It was used to compare with other two model scooters.!!

Well I dont want to get deep into it but you dont include something into a comparison that you are not interested in, in the first place.

If I am interested in between R3 and N300, I will not include a TNT300 in a comparison or take TNT300 as reference bike for comparing R3 and N300.

I hope you find the right bike. Goodluck.

P.S: Also you might want to edit your original post since in that you mentioned you are interested in the TVS Jupiter.

First post I said ''my likings are TVS Jupiter or Hero Maestro Edge.''and now I almost going for Maestro Edge. So, I feel there is no need to edit the original post

Re: Planning to buy a New Scooter

            Update:

Have got a call this morning from the showroom advising that few vehicles arrived and are in display.

Visited the showroom. The Maestro Edge will be officially launched on 29th March positively and at the moment they are accepting bookings. I wanted a Black colour which is not available now.

On road price for the VX variant costs Rs.63,075 which includes standard fittings worth Rs.1200 (i.e Side Stand, Ladies foot rest and Number plate). Steel guard and seat cover, if needed will be extra.

Paid Rs.1000 and booked one. They feel, can give delivery on the launch day itself.!

Re: Planning to buy a New Scooter

Have booked Maestro Edge VX black colour, today evening ( paid the full amount).

Dealer not guaranteeing when they can deliver the scooter because, according to them, there are some software problem in the RTO and no Registration done since 1st April i.e last 6 days. Hope they will rectify the problem and get my scooter registered/delivered sooner.

Not decided about accessories, as they are asking Rs.2500 for Steel Guard, floor mat, handle grip and seat cover.! (I told them that I dont need seat cover and handle grip, but they still asking Rs.2000 for steel guard and floor mat which I feel shade expensive???
