Re: Ninja 300 vs Yamaha R3
You can make sure that since arrival the PID is properly done. The List on what to check during PID is in the forum. Check for scratches, Coolant levels, electrical, accuracy of details on paperwork.Originally posted by themachinehead View PostHi
Thank man for your valuable input..
1.What all can be done to make sure my bike is not messed up?
2. R3 requires better fuel. Filling up from any city fuelling station will do or i have to look for something in particular?
ownership.
Be there at all times and read through the ownership thread. I've read one person having a bad experience with this delivery. Maybe avoid such things
I've heard owners who claim it is ok with regualr fuel while some claim the premium does make a difference. Again ... please go through the ownership thread for gyaan.
And congratulations if you do get the bike ...When I'm on the road, I'm indestructible. No one can stop me... but they try.

Oh man i have seen it. Ninja is always overpriced. Yamaha has finally cooked up a worthy rival.Originally posted by BiKeLovER View PostCheck out powerDrift video comparing them, it looks like Ninja 300 is not scoring a single area in front of RC and R3.Last edited by The Monk; 01-23-2016, 02:52 PM.

Awesome ... what color :-) and keep us postedOriginally posted by themachinehead View PostThank you. I'm making a booking in a week.
I think there are a list of necessary accessories as well on that thread. PUIG Frame Sliders and fork protectors etc .... Hope you have your gear sorted.
Try if you can get insurance from outside rather than showroom as they are expensive. Also get the Zero Dep and extended warranty. Extended peace of mind ....When I'm on the road, I'm indestructible. No one can stop me... but they try.

More inclined towards the blue. People in the forum mostly have black. Any specific reason opting for black? Looking for a decent interest rate for the loan. You have any pointers on that? One showroom guy was offering 15%. I think that's pretty high. Once the loan is sorted out its a go!Originally posted by Naveen Vajja View PostAwesome ... what color :-) and keep us posted

Re: Ninja 300 vs Yamaha R3arounds
Based on what has been discussed in the forum, Vijaya Bank was good. IDBI also has good offers .... 15 is very high IMO. Check with other banks as well. No e peri emcee in loans dept. Base interest rate and two wheeler upkept implies it should be around 10-11 %.Originally posted by themachinehead View PostMore inclined towards the blue. People in the forum mostly have black. Black is eternal my friend ... But it needs lot of maintenance, dulls if in sun for long and even tiny scratches show. There are workarounds like Quartz protection or ppf. I'm not knowledgable in this field. When I'm on the road, I'm indestructible. No one can stop me... but they try.

An year old ninja should be good. Check service history. Check for any accidental repairs. If yes, be wary.Originally posted by Deathmate.Zed View PostHow much is the asking price. Where are you located?

PM'ed you. If this is the Ninja that I think it is, then it is a really well kept bike and you can go for it eyes closed.Originally posted by chans02 View PostLocated in pune

Will try to negotiate
No accidental repair and insurance has not been claimed yet
Bike looks almost new without any modificationsThe way you ride is the way you are..
