I have also heard (while searching for RTR 180 ) that parts are expensive and the worst thing is vibrations. Can you guys tell me your suggestions which bike should I choose ?

Apache RTR 200 or Honda CB Hornet 160r
I know they are not comparable but I'm confused because price difference is just 5000. I was waiting for engine kill switch in CB Hornet 160r but heard about RTR 200 launch and thinking just a bit about it.

Query Approved
A couple of things to keep in mind.
The Apache will be available only by April.
And, i doubt if TVS parts are expensive!Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Yes the TVS spares are tad expensive but not as costly as Honda. Again being a new bike, spares should not be an issue atleast for a year or so if maintained well. I have heard deliveries if RTR 200 will start only from April. Kindly check this out in your nearby showroom. I think its worth the wait. For more info read the bike review on this forum.Everybody has their own version of TRUTH!!!!!!

Its wayyyyy to early to quote about the vibrations or any niggles on the new bike unless some one has done an extensive road test and given a comprehensive review about the product.
Since RTR200 is just launched, they must have definitely addressed the existing issues from its younger siblings albeit this being the flagship product of the company, I expect it to pan well across the cities/town ...R15S - Current

I read somewhere that if they upgrade already launched product, it's available almost immediately so may be a week or so I think. Not sure though.Originally posted by Saurabh213 View PostThough there's no solid news about a better switchgear, assuming that it is showcases at the auto expo when will it be available for sale ?

Re: Apache RTR 200 or Honda CB Hornet 160r
I agree that Bajaj has best value for money but many bajaj owner friends suggested me to not go with bajaj, because the bike starts making sound and experiences is worst after few months. I'm almost ready to get the Hornet once I get the engine kill but I'm not sure Honda worth the price because Hornet is 96k on road being a 160cc and Bajaj is offering 220f at just above 1 lakh. TVS is also launching it's 200 at the same price.Originally posted by ASHU1986 View Postpulsar 180 better than apache 200
