    Query Approved

You might want to test ride both the bikes, i believe the Apache 180 would feel a bit cramped.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Both Apache and P180 has forward leaning ride stance.
If I assume right, P150 came with commuterish riding stance in the early days and your 2007 model also should be similar.
You should be able tounderstand the difference in a moment you sit on these bikes.
Try to get a test drive to see if the riding stance suits you or not.

thanks buddy...done a test run basically just for riding comfort . Pulsar 180 seemed wining in that regard
still waiting for other xbhp member's advice and soon going to make a decision....

From a comfort view, the P180 wins. Especially considering your height.

If comfort is what you are looking for, P180 wins. RTR will be cramped and will look small with a person of your height.
Moreover you already had the P150, so you know how it behaves, how good or bad the Bajaj service centers are. and since the P150 and P180 are exactly the same bikes (length, width, height) with different engines, it will be a familiar territory for you.

I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

YEAH bro..just went to both dealers today and here what the bikes will cost me on road.
                1.Pulsar 180 = 86,200 RS
                2.Tvs RTR 180=88,500 RS
So pulsar is little comfortable on pocket also.

i was concerned about looks also as pulsar carry almost same look throughout its production but funny thing is more i look at it more i fall in love.the new graphics are nice and not over the top.

It seem like i am getting a new pulsar.i miss my old p150..so its time to bring its big brother home.

You should consider extending your budget by 15K and getting the Pulsar AS200, it's totally worth the extra money you'll spend. The bike looks really good - masculine, hunky and sharp, and will suit your height. It's also an excellent tourer. It's way superior to P180 or A180 in everything - tech, hardware, power, top speed, looks, value - you name it. The FE would be roughly 5 kmpl lesser than the 180s.

I'd urge you to consider the AS200 and take a test ride before you go ahead with your purchase.

Thanks for the advice bro. What you are saying is right as200 may be better looking. But for me i need a balance too. Between looks and comfort and durability. As200 is expensive and more over i m not a fan of big heavy side panels and big show parts. Yes for long tours AS may be better option but for touring i perfer my car. Pulsar 180 seems a nice balance between simple & aggressive bike.

I understand your point of view. But the AS200 is also comfortable and will be durable if maintained well (like any other bike). Also, the Semi-fairing is not just for show - it is mainly for aerodynamic efficiency and windblast protection. Moreover, it is totally worth the extra cash.

Isn't this the AS150? Jokes apart. the AS200 is far superior to A180/P180 in terms of technology.. It comes with Liquid cooling, 6 speed gearbox, more power! and many more including the projector..
