So here's the final lengthy update.

Over the many weeks, I took 12 test rides totally.
      In ascending order:

      Started trying out bikes with a neutral mind;
Gixxer RD - Took this twice, I loved the bike but bad pillion made it as my 2nd priority. Weight was even.
SZ-RR - Took this as first test ride, smooth but didn't bring me smile during test. So out of shortlist. Felt light but little tall sensation for me.
FZ v2.0 - Bike was smooth as SZ actually better but I didn't like styling so gave it 4th priority. Braking was bad in my opinion.
Hornet CBS - Test rode thrice. Looks tick. Performance tick even though in traffic I had to switch gears regularly. Price felt as not value for it(personal opinion). So gave this 3rd priority for comfort and love of smooth.
Bajaj V - Felt very commuterish but somehow made me consider this over Pulsar. Gave this 5th priority. After this ride Unicorn was out so didn't even opt.
Duke - Definitely not for my style of riding. I could only tip-toe and felt power is too much for someone like me. So out of shortlist.
RTR200 - Felt very nice. Brought me same smile as Hornet. But again tip-toeing in traffic plus long waiting period. Took this twice on 2 occasion. 2nd ride made me feel heavy and somehow was not wowed. So out of shortlist.
RTR160 - Service center somehow allowed me for a longer test ride(I took it for 2km). Rode on empty roads to signals and legs were in ease access. Vibrations do exist on right handlebar but nothing like people saying in Internet. Plus I still remember my friends old model(2009) which had no vibrations. So gave this 1st priority.

PS: Didn't consider RTR180 just to save mileage since I generally ride in 40-70kmph.
So I felt every bike has a flaw/demerit and we just have to deal with it and select what is suitable for personal choice based on what we can compromise.

      Round 2: deciding bike;
Took top 3: Gixxer, Hornet, RTR160.
After lot of thinking, browsing and meeting regular users of those who use these made me totally confused. Wasted almost a week.
Adding parents and siblings to more confusion.

Round 3: To eliminate one bike
For me I felt pillion seat comfort will be important atleast to take my mom or dad, so Gixxer was gone for that reason sadly even though it gave me smiles.

      Today:
After sound nice comforting sleep, around 10am I was out for vegetables and some stuffs. On the way, went to TVS showroom; booked RTR160 Matte Blue with Rear disk. Sales man was in confusion seeing me with a bag of vegetables and in shorts having messy hair. He asked me if I want to go for another ride which I said no. He said bike shall be available on Friday itself but since I have other commitments I informed him that I shall take on Sunday.
I paid 23000 as initial booking. Rest 70000 I will pay later. Total cost included everything from ind plate to accessories. Sales guy took me inside and showed me accessories and asked to pick if anything additional I need for free. I said I would take Helmet Lock as extra which was not included in standard list mentioned by him.

I just felt that my heart was on RTR160 and wasted all these days(weeks :P ) thinking of something else. I don't know if listening to heart over brain is right choice or not in this. But I always went over my heart whether its mobile or laptop or shoes so I hope this doesn't backfire.

      Few hours back:
Since I needed Helmet, went near Lalbagh. After seeing in 2 shops I selected Studds Shifter Helmet. No bargain was possible, he billed me 1950 after hard trying and irritating. Helmet goes very well with Matte Blue so kinda feels matching.

Now from now on, only bike maintenance I hope from break-in to kilometers to come.
Thanks to everyone who helped me over these days. I wish I can thank individually but there are many.

      Admins can close thread.

I am planning to buy a bike around Aug-Sep. I have confusion in choosing bike; below are few pointers of me.
            1. I'm 5.4ft tall, 55kg, 26years old
            2. Will use bike to travel 50-60km in a day(weekdays, no major travel on weekends)
            3. Roads include city 40%, village roads 60%
            4. Budget around 1lakh(cheaper is better)
            5. Expected mileage around 35-45
            6. Not a rash rider at all.
            7. Very rare long distance travel(Once in 3 months)
            8. Love naked bikes only

After seeing around, my shortlist includes 3 bikes TVS Apache RTR 160 Matte Blue, TVS Apache RTR 200 4v Matte Black and Suzuki Gixxer dual paint scheme.
I will be using the bike for a very long run (5-6 years) and would expect minimum maintenance being light on pocket. My main requirements are trouble-free smooth ride and bike seat-height with respect to my height. This will be first bike purchase from my own money, so no place for regrets but can wait if any new upgrades are on the horizon.
So would love to hear few suggestions especially from the owners of above bikes.
            Kindly help me.

            Thanks in advance.

PS: Helmet, bike gear advice is also welcome(links to those are appreciated). Apart from Honda CB Hornet 160R other bike suggestions are welcome as well.
RTR 160 will be my suggestion as its a proven bike. It will get you a millage of 45+ easily. Its maintenance is also light on the pocket.

Thank you so much for all the suggestions.
Well so far I have done 330km(7 days old). <50kmph no vibrations but around 49kmph I feel a sense of vibrations are gonna start but I intend to ignore. Haven't driven more than that for now. And during this stage I'm getting 54+ mileage which I tested with 500rs petrol method with same quantity. So far happy and enjoying ride.

Wonder why this thread is still open.
