I've heard that the pulsar as200 is discontinued, and is not available on sale?

First week of my ownership, I was developing aches on my palms and shoulders frequently. Now I got used to the riding position. Boy-o-boy, I just love this small SBK.

Refined engine, enough power for city usage, Fi, Liquid cooling, state-of-the-art engine design, forged pistons, diAsil coated cylinder. Best in handling Delta box frame and OTR price comes upto 1.35L.

Only con I see is the short service interval - which might increase your maintenance cost. Just give it a thought.
R15 v2 has a bad pillion seat! And the r15s doesn't appeal to me! So i never took the r15 into account!
And moreover my brother already has the v2! So r15 is off the list!

Planning to buy an entry level performance bike.

Hello kush, all new bikes other than CBR, Gixxer and R15 come with niggles because they still haven't had their problems sorted out. I'd suggest to choose between gixxer and cbr.

To quote the seriousness of the problem, given two reliable japs, it's basically lack of 6th gear versus lack of switchgear.

I'm a cbr owner and (1) pillion comfort is too good for a performance bike, my dad manages 40km upon down as a pillion without complaints. (2) I don't think switchgear matters all that much. Yes, it might have been taken down from a Spelndor, but I've never seen a splendor's switchgear needed to be changed. The only problem is engine kill. You'll have to manage it.
I meditate as I ride to find a place to sit and meditate.

Exactly! I don't think lack of engine kill switch and cheap switch gear is a deal breaker for me!
The first priority is a great engine, awesome performance and great aftersales service.

Great after sales? Boy oh boy, as far as I have known and experienced, it's the worst for CBR. Thanks to HMSI for focussing more Activas. This is the situation in Hyderabad and Bhopal though. Please check with your city CBR owners. Walk in out-of-nowhere into the service centres at 9:15-9:30 to get a first-hand experience. I think CBR is all out.
