RE Himalayan being out of questions and Impulse being underpowered currently there are no Bikes in the price bracket which are meant for Bad roads. Now if you are talking about tarmac bad roads (read potholes) then currently there are normal bikes which are quite capable in bad roads conditions. I would recommend Pulsar 220F. Yes its an old model but i have owned it in the past and trust me its quite capable in bad road conditions. Also you get adjustable suspension for the rear so you can suit it to your comfort. The riding posture is also quite comfortable. Hope you are not talking about off road conditions then thats a different ball game altogether.
