The bikes you have listed here ranges from 110000 to 160000. What is your budget limit, how is your physical built, give us some more hints/clues about yourself, your liking. Frankly, if I were in your shoes I would just test ride both and pick the one that makes me feel happy and connected to. On paper comparison you will always find something or the other better over the other bike
Apache does offer few gizmos that FZ lacks and FZ offers few things that Apache lacks. At the end of the day they are both very potent machines in their own nature. Just go by the gut feeling of which one gives more satisfaction being parked in your garage.

Apache 200 or pulsar 200ns or Yamaha fz25
My riding will be daily city riding, occasional highway rides.
My Height is 5'10
Main concerns will be stress free ownership and a little bit of milage 😅
