I am really not sure what one expects from a Single mill.. Any single mill will have vibration..

Both the bikes you have mentioned are very good in their own way and both look handsome to my eyes..

One major drawback on FZ is the headlight illumination.. very poor and if you are a night crawler, then keep away from the bike else get better aux lamps fitted..

apart from headlight issues what about the tappet noise.FZ25

                is it a serious problem?

can we upgrade the led lights in headlight?

I am not sure about LED upgrades but you can add additional aux lamps..

Regarding tappet noise! I am not aware of it..

6.5", Jeez! Anyway few cents on behalf of FZ25, I stand 6'3" and I own a FZ25. I'm not finding any fault with the riding position. Though initially I had some slight pain on my right palm after riding for close to 70kms in stretch, blame it on my Unicorn's upright seating posture for the past 6 years, now I'm accustomed to the riding position and I'm not facing any discomfort. In fact, the Unicorn's seating now feels awkward after riding the FZ25 for longish hours.

So I suggest you take a longish TD on FZ25 before striking it off. The Dominar is an equally good contender, might be better, and also I heard the NS200 is more suited for tall guys.

                      Cheers!
