New Street Triple S has differently positioned Coolant Tank. However, it still doesn't have any noticeable high ground clearance and one must still be careful on it. What I heard is that Street Triple RS has slightly raised suspension compared to Street S model and hence may have slightly more ground clearance also.

There are ways to slightly increase clearance on older street also but none of these are cheap so I haven't bothered - just have managed to be careful so far.

Well the truimph person told me it's got a better ground clearance, I guess just have to be super careful over speed brakers.

I am not too sure of that - it just might be sales person talking and trying to convince you. Ground Clearance on new one is 130 mm and that is not better than older version which in fact had slightly more than that. So same amount of care is needed on new Street like old Street.
