The bikes you shortlisted are conflicting a lot with your requirements.
What do you mean by Good riding posture? Are you looking for an aggressive stance or a comfortable stance?
You havent mentioned your Budget either but since you listed R15-S as an option I will consider its price as the upper limit.

My suggestion:

Intruder 150. Period.

Why?:

Its a cruiser with a comfortable stance and a nice soft seat for that long distance haul.
Performance components are solid (as they are taken from the infamous Gixxer). You get a single channel front ABS as well.
Handling is exquisite.
You will get more than 45kmpl.

Check out the Yamaha SZ-RR. A very able and comfortable bike with good FE and smoothness. For your kind of usage, you require a comfortable bike.

As an owner of a R15 for 4 years, who does 150-200 kms trips every few weeks, I would not recommend it to you. I tour on it very occasionally and after 3 hours on the saddle, it is pure agony. I would hate to be the guy who has to ride a R15 every day for 100 kms or more.

I did commute 60 kms daily to office for about a year on it, and it is quite good on the open highways where you can use the power and let the engine breathe, but as soon as you get yourself into a traffic jam or stop and go traffic, every minute on a R15 is hell. The shoulders, neck and wrists start to ache which get worse as the time passes and the traffic crawls. So only get R15 if your riding consists of open roads without any traffic jams (Which in India is unheard of). So brother I don't think you would like it after a few weeks or months, the back pain will become constant and you'll hate every minute on the saddle. It takes me a whole day to recover from a 200 kms one way trip and I am in no shape to do any serious riding the very next day. Rest is up to you, if you can get your hands on a friend's R15, try using it for just a day in your job and you'll understand where I'm coming from.

Try Suzuki Intruder, the fresh new looks will turn heads where ever you go, the Japanese engine is a proven one from Gixxer, the ABS is a life saving safety net and it will be a comfortable partner to your daily runs.

If you don't like the looks of it, try out the gixxer, and Gixxer SF.. very good bikes indeed. Same engine, different clothes.

If nothing works check out the Avenger150, you already own a Bajaj so you will be in known territory. How good the service centers are, how good is the after sales service etc etc.
