    confused among these bikes

    Hi everyone. I am 5'10". 80 kg weight. I want to purchase a bike. My daily travel will be 40-45 km. My budget is 1 lakh(+10k). I have shortlisted Suzuki Gixxer SF. But I am confused about TVS Apache RTR 200 Race Edition and Hero Xtreme 200R. Which will be best among these and the best balanced bike between performance and mileage?
    Please help.

      I'm also waiting for Hero Xtreme to be launched - its supposed to be comfy with good torque, and for the price its a good deal.

        The pillion seat on the Gixxer is slightly on the higher side ... but is the best among your choices in terms of refinement. RTR200 is about more power. Not much idea about the Xtreme 200. If you plan to ride solo most of the times, Gixxer SF should be just fine.

          today i visited hero showroom. they said xtreme 200r will be launched on 1st september. lets wait and watch.

                Also give Pulsars a try, I was going for same bikes as yourself but after test riding and discussions with various members I'm going for P220 now.

                  The rtr160 is a great machine which gives you the best of all worlds. You get the most power and mileage. No doubt, the Gixxer a good motorcycle, but it looks dated now and the rtr is just better at everything whrn compared to it.

                          If the dated look doesn't bother the OP, 220 is definitely a good option to consider. Btw, I heard somewhere that the 220 is gonna get pulled off the market in the recent future, how true is this?
