Gear shifts are bad. False neutrals and the up shifts are not at all pleasing. Gear shift indicator gets confused and takes some time to show the gear position.

Have to tighten the chain, get the buzzer replaced for blinkers, and tell the SVC guys about gear shifts during first service.

Getting thoughts like "should I have opted for the 160NS?" [emoji23][emoji23]
I told you to go for apache [emoji23][emoji23]
Even after completing 3100 kilometres on my hornet, still there's false neutral and hard gearshift problems [emoji23][emoji23]

Regarding some people complaining about thin seat on X-Blade, you can always go for seat mods, seat makers have different kinds of foam and seat cover fabric available. That should solve the problem.
But what can be done about bone shaking stiff suspension? Better not to buy [emoji23][emoji23]

Regarding stiff suspension, the bike is now at the stiffest setting. Will get it a bit softer and update you all.

Gear shifts - Have to ask SVC guys the best they could do about it.

Apache is still not in my regret list because of the very low turning radius (considering my daily commute through jam packed traffic) , and the pillion seat.

Other than that, a great bike. Smooth engine. It's a Honda at the end of the day 😍

When I was switching from my Honda Shine, I skipped 150/160 and went straight for 200+. P220 was selected after owner's feedback on soft ride, projector headlamps and the fairing being more aerodynamic. I would say one can try changing suspension or atleast set it to softest setting. And if you can shift to higher profile tyres.

            Is Hornet also someone shaking?

Changing suspension setting doesn't make it soft completely, still it remains hard. You've made a good decision by choosing 220, these new 160cc engines from honda are just spoiling the brand image of honda.

Changing suspension does improve the ride quality to some extent. Like you won't feel every single change of profile on the road. The seat is very thin, I removed it from the bike and it was super thin. Adding an extra layer of foam will make it better.

And the pulsar 220 is a better option any day.

Maybe so in terms of cc. In the looks department, it is an aggressive beast.
