        Self Start FZ/Uni/Xtreme/Hunk/RTR
        Reliable FZ/Uni/Xtreme/Hunk
Good Looking I will leave it to YOU
        Tubeless Tyres Can be changed
        Easy to maintain Xtreme/Hunk/Uni/FZ
        Good City Performance Xtreme/Hunk/FZ

HH Hunk, CBZ Xtreme, TVS RTR160, FZ-16 or S, HONDA Unicorn (No Pulsars Plzz!!)

Any other suggestions r welcme !!!
I would suggest you go for Xtreme ATFT, If you didn't like Xtreme styling go for Xtreme-II (Hunk) !!

        >> FZ won't fetch you 40 and above mileage on long term, otherwise FZ would be a great choice.
        >> As a CBZ rider Uni would be 'under powered'
        >> As a CBZ rider best upgrade according to me would be Zma (~35kmpl mileage/cost of ownership is higher)

Good Mileage - Unicorn, RTR, FZ (I've heard many FZ owners complain that they get very bad mileage like 35kmpl even with proper riding while some others claim to get 40+).

Nice Ride but really good handling - RTR, FZ, Uni

Comfortable (for long rides) - FZ, Uni, RTR

Self Start - Nothing to compare here... all 3 have SS

Reliable - Depends on how you maintain your bike... all 3 are reliable machines

Good Looking - (My personal opinion) RTR, Uni, FZ (I don't like naked styling)

Tubeless Tyres - Only FZ has these... not RTR and Uni!

Easy to maintain - Uni, then both RTR and FZ (because RTR and FZ don't have full chain-guard, so will need to clean and lube the chain once in 500km or so)

Good City Performance - FZ, RTR, Uni

Good Overall Performance (I'm adding this ) - RTR, FZ, Uni

Note: This is purely just my opinion!
          +1
I think Nishanth summarized it perfectly.

If you put Hunk/Extreme/Uni in on basket called Unicorn
and leave ZMA out of options
          and leave all pulsars
and leave GS150R and R15 as well .

PS> GS150R can also be a good buy, consider it and do post test ride impressions, that help others.

I am getting Rs. 20k for my machine..........i do liked the exhaust notes of my bike earlier but now the vibrations coupled with some irritating noise around 50-60 kmph is a bit of bother now........

wen i rode the fz-16 just for small test drive i liked the overall smoothness and vibe free performance.........exhaust note was good too.....so it felt good and I have seen my friend's HH Hunk and CBZ X treme they also offer the same refined and potent mill with less vibes, good exhaust music.........

                  - with better mieage
                  - at least 10k less in price

That's why I always said that FZ is a good bike but at least 5k overpriced
