      What he got may be the quotation for the spoke variant, I don't know. But there is a possibility that not every place we can't get the base variant. When I bought City+ in 2014 none of the showroom had the base variant and they said there is no way they can order and get one for me. The listings we see online may not be applicable for all cities/towns/states.
