Since you are a newbie, you can start with Ninja250R and slowly graduate to bigger/costlier bikes after a while (if money isn't a problem)...PS : never buy IInd hand, imports, buy legal through Indian dealership (Honda/ Yamaha/ Suzuki/ PBK).

Hi to all xbhp members. I am a newbie in sports biking and I don't known much about sports bikes. As of now I have started learning but its still not enough so I am bit confused. I am asking you to make my dream come true since my younger age I wanted a sports bike, so if you all kindly suggest me a good bike (brand, year and all) so that i can buy it. Kindly suggest it in the budget of 6-7 lacs or may be less. Thank You.

the only two options that you have in the given budget are:Originally posted by onkar_rock99 View PostI have Honda Unicorn now and would like to upgrade in some sports bikes
My budget is 3 lacks Which Bikes would u all prefer me in this budget
It doesnt matter or second hand!!
Ninja 250r on road price somewhere around 3.2lakhs for a new one and you can get a used one in somewhere around 2.5 lakhs.
CBR250R on road price of the non abs unti is 1.5 lakhs and that of the abs unit is around 1.8 lakhs. a bit less in performance when compared to the 250c.c. king ninja250. the only catch is booking period of over 5 months.
and assuming that you have the 3 lakhs in cash and if you are ready to take a loan of another 2 lakhs. you can get yourself a ninja650 or the hyosung gt650r. both very good bikes. they will also elliminate the chances of upgradation to another sposrtsbike for a long period. the power output in both are comparable. in the looks department both in my opinion are good looking however the hyosung's gt650r gives you a much bigger bike feel as compared to the ninja650.
everything my opinion no offence meant to any of the ninja650 owners....
