I wouldn't recommend the Star, because it becomes useless after mere months due to harsh vibes. The bike still runs, but nothing will ever fix the vibes. Even if you get it fixed at every service, they will be back after 2 weeks or less. And the switchgear also goes bust, to the point where there is no feel at all. Just what I have seen on my friend's bike.
As for the Yamaha, service, especially parts availability is quite bad. The engine is butter-smooth though, as is the gearshift. Plastics are prone to crack in the sun and rattle at the mounting points. And as i said on another thread, the alloy wheel spokes are really thin and not confidence inspiring. Also, the Libero/Alba will struggle on inclines with two up.
